If you had to choose, which do you lean toward as a reminder of your beloved: official merch or customized jewelry?

I've noticed that a lot of fictos and yumes wear rings, necklaces, or other custom pieces that are full of personal symbolism representing their bond with their f/o, and I always find that really endearing! On the other hand, official merch can also feel really special because it's directly connected to the character. (๑• ω •๑)

So if you had to pick one, which would you choose, and why? Is it the sentimental meaning behind something custom, or the appeal of owning official merchandise? I'd love to hear what everyone values more. 🤍

✨Also, for those of you who own official jewelry merch, how has the quality been? Do you feel it's worth the price, and has it held up well over time, or does it tend to tarnish or show wear after a while? ✨

And the box itself is gorgeous?! I was tempted to keep him sealed, but I decided to order him a stand instead. It’s gonna be shipped soon so I can display him properly. <3

Have you guys ever tried any of those wafer or biscuit snacks that were part of a MHA collab? The ones where you get a mini mystery prize like a sticker or a card?

Me and my irl partner went shopping a few months ago and bought a couple at the local anime shop because we love the thrill of blind boxes. :p The prizes in this particular collab were plastic standees and you could pull literally any main character from the show!! There were so many! We scored a couple of Class A students, except on the last pack, I was like— “haha, wouldn’t it be funny if Aizawa was in here?” before, I kid you not, actually pulling out his standee. 😭😭😭

asdfggjkll i was soooo hyped, i lost my mind. he’s in the photo above. ( • ̀ω•́ )੭ ✧´- the shigaraki one wasn’t as lucky—it was a freebie someone gave me when i bought a keychain.

ps. the snacks tasted like cardboard and cheap chocolate so i fed them all to my partner lmaoooo. you should get them. 10/10 experience, would buy again.

i. childhood & core identity

Born as ‘Shou’, Solis was a child never meant to exist: the illegitimate daughter of a wealthy man and a mistress who abandoned her soon after birth. Following her father’s mysterious death, she was taken in by her cold and powerful grandmother, who raised her not out of love, but obligation. Hidden away on the Faye estate, Solis grew up in confined opulence: luxurious halls that echoed with coldness, staff who rarely acknowledged her, and a family who treated her as an invisible blemish on the family’s pristine name. Her identity was redacted before it was even written. She became painfully quiet and anxious, shrinking herself to avoid burdening others, speaking only when spoken to, tiptoeing through hallways like an intruder. Desperate for affection, she clung to the idea that if she were obedient, polished, and useful enough—if she could simply be seen—maybe she could earn a sliver of love.

The only warmth in her isolated world came from her older half-brother, Sasha Faye. Groomed as the family's heir, Sasha defied expectations by cherishing Shou as his sister, never blaming her for their father's folly. His kindness became her lifeline.

Yet beneath all that fragility, there was a quiet resilience. A gentle stubbornness.

Dragon Hybrid is a powerful heteromorphic mutation quirk that grants the user partial draconic physiology and limited flame emission capabilities. Manifestations include:
