Question about the ending lyrics in Hit Em Up
He says "You n****s laugh cause our staff got guns under their motherfucking belts" "You know how it is when we drop records they felt"
Can anyone explain the meaning of these lines? I don't get it!

(I've read the subreddit rules and personally judged that this post isn't off-topic as it revolves around GTA SA's popularity. If it's not suitable here then I'm sorry.)
i.e. known by many average joes and not just the hip-hop community. My guesses:
That was me. I first heard St. Anger (the track) in 2012 still as a young teen and I loved it. It sounded pretty badass to my ears and the infamous snare drum didn't bother me, in fact I liked it! (probably because of that heavy 'reverb' sound). Back then I didn't even know that St. Anger was so widely disliked across the industry.
Of course now I know it is nothing compared to classics like Master of Puppets and the black album. But I could never get myself to dislike St. Anger like the rest of the internet. It sounded good to my teen ears and more importantly it was my first Metallica song.
Just wanted to share this. Love love Nirvana for a long time, plus really dig Pearl Jam and Alice In Chains too. Anyway it's been well documented how much the Pixies influenced Kurt, which led to me to listen to their records Surfer Rosa and Doolittle.
Unfortunately I don't like it, especially the latter. I can hear the sonical influence (especially the bass in Gouge Away, a decent track), but the vocal style of Black Francis, Pixies's vocalist, is almost a polar opposite to Kurt as well as Vedder and Staley. I find the Pixies's songs and Francis's vocals way too cheesy and pretentiously witty, lacking the rawness and substance of Nirvana and the other two grungies. I can't stand Francis's vocals at all (like Billy Corgan but at least better capable) and it comes close to sounding satire at times.
Pixies have a big fanbase themselves, and some call Doolittle one of the best albums ever, so maybe it is an acquired taste, but they seem to be a totally different kind than I had expected. (No hate intended - just find it interesting to love Nirvana but resent a band that clearly influenced them!)
Song contains expletives!
(off the back of already being familiar with the famous Me Against The World and All Eyez On Me)
Wow! I did not see this coming. Strictly's musical vibe is totally different. Very Early 90s, and many tracks even have DJ scratching. Overall sounds pretty close to what I'd call 'Old School Hip Hop'. I'm liking this a lot just from the distinct sonical vibe.
A humourous song about Nottingham (contains expletives!)
Hello all. I've been very interested to try The Black Parade by My Chemical Romance. It's one of the very highly acclaimed, influential and well known rock albums of this century.
But unfortunately I just can't get into it even after two proper listens? Musically the songs are fine but didn't seem anything special. Gerard has good vocals but again nothing to shout home about. The songs didn't have a unique memorable riff to me (even though it is well produced indeed). I tried hard to like it without luck.
Anyway this is not a rant or hate. I'm actually genuinely curious why I can't get into it! For example: I really enjoy GD's American Idiot and Avril's Under My Skin. So I'm curious what makes this different. "Dead!" is probably the one I'd listen to again though it's very upbeat and catchy!
