my first AI automation client using 5 prompts I built myself. No scripts, no deck. Here's what each one actually does.

I closed my first AI automation client using nothing but 5 prompts.

No cold call scripts. No fancy deck.

Just prompts that made me sound like I'd been doing this for years.

Here they are:

↳ Prompt 1: Discovery Question Generator

Feed it your prospect's industry. It spits out sharp, specific questions that uncover their real pain points. You stop sounding like a vendor and start sounding like a consultant.

↳ Prompt 2: Proposal Writer

Takes your raw sales call notes and converts them into a clean, outcome-focused proposal. One the client actually reads and trusts.

↳ Prompt 3: AI Audit Analyzer

Drop in a business description. It maps their entire operation, finds automation gaps, and explains what to build, why it matters, and what kind of AI solution fits best.

↳ Prompt 4: Objection Handler

Paste in the objection. Get back one calm, confident, intelligent response. No fumbling. No freezing. Just clarity.

↳ Prompt 5: Cold Outreach Personalizer

Generates personalized emails and LinkedIn messages for each prospect. Sounds human. Converts better.

These 5 prompts handle 80% of the sales process for my agency.

Built a content system that turns a founder's old podcasts and articles into LinkedIn posts that sound exactly like him. Here's the full workflow.

A founder came to me posting maybe once a week. No consistency, no system. He had years of podcasts, recorded interviews, articles, and notes sitting in Google Drive doing nothing.

The problem wasn't ideas. It was the gap between raw material and a publishable post. Here's the exact workflow I built for him:

Step 1 - The drop

He uploads anything into a single Google Drive folder. An article, a podcast file, a blog link. That's the only thing he touches in the entire process.

Step 2 - Extraction

An n8n watcher detects the upload instantly, pulls the full content out, and converts it into a clean text file. No manual copying, no formatting work on his end.

Step 3 - Ideation agent

A separate GPT-4o-mini agent reads the file, breaks the content into multiple angles, and tags each one as story, teaching, or opinion. It sends him a list and he does a simple yes/no approval. Approved ideas get stored in Airtable, a running content bank he can pull from at any time.

Step 4 - Writing agent

This is the part that took the most iteration. The writing agent is trained on his actual voice, his phrasing, his sentence rhythm, the hooks he responds to, the language he would never use. The goal wasn't "sounds human." It was "sounds like him specifically." Trained more like a copywriter doing a voice study than a generic content tool.

Step 5 - Output

Give it 3-4 lines of context about which idea you're going with, and it produces a publish-ready post. Storytelling format, educational breakdown, or opinion piece depending on the tag.

Results after the first week: 39,973 impressions. Nobody in his comments flagged it as AI-written, not because it was generic, but because it matched his actual voice.

The trickiest part of the build was the voice training. You can't just prompt your way to someone's tone. You need enough examples of their actual writing to show the model what "off-brand" looks like for that specific person, not just what "good writing" looks like in general.

If I were rebuilding this today I'd add a step that scores each content idea by likely engagement before it goes into the approval queue, so he's not reviewing 12 ideas when maybe 4 of them are clearly stronger than the rest.

Anyone else building voice-matched content agents? Curious how you're handling the fine-tuning or few-shot prompting side of it, that was definitely the hardest part here.

Built an AI content repurposing system for a founder

Built an AI content repurposing system for a founder, Google Drive upload to publish ready LinkedIn post in seconds. Full workflow breakdown.

A founder came to me with years of podcasts, articles, and written content sitting on his hard drive doing nothing. He was posting once a week, inconsistently, with no system behind it.

The problem wasn't ideas. It was the gap between raw content and something actually publishable.

So I built him a pipeline. Here's exactly how it works.

Step 1 The Drop

He uploads anything into one Google Drive folder. A podcast recording, an article draft, a blog link. That's the only action he takes in the entire workflow.

Step 2 Extraction

An n8n trigger watches the folder for new uploads. The moment something lands, an AI agent pulls the full content, transcribes or parses it depending on file type, and converts it into a clean text file. No manual copying, no formatting work.

Step 3 Ideation Agent

A second agent reads the extracted file and breaks it into multiple content angles. Each angle gets tagged as either a story, a teaching post, or an opinion piece. Those ideas go back to the founder for a simple yes/no approval.

Approved ideas get stored in Airtable as a running content bank he can pull from anytime.

Step 4 Writing Agent

This took the most iteration to get right. The writing agent isn't just prompted to "write like a human" it's trained specifically on his existing content. His sentence rhythm, vocabulary, the hooks he responds to, phrases he'd never actually say.

The goal wasn't generic human-sounding output. It was output that sounds like him specifically.

Getting there required several rounds of negative examples feeding it things that were technically correct but didn't match his voice, and explicitly telling it what to avoid.

Step 5 Output

Give the agent 3–4 lines of context from an approved idea and it produces a publish-ready post in seconds. Format depends on the tag: storytelling, educational breakdown, or opinion piece.

Results from week one:

- 50,000+ impressions

- Zero comments flagging it as AI-written

- Went from posting once a week inconsistently to having a full content pipeline with almost no writing time

The full build runs on n8n. Ideation and writing layers use GPT-4o-mini. CRM is Airtable filtered by approval status.

If I were rebuilding this now, I'd add a post-performance feedback loop pulling engagement data back in so the ideation agent gradually weights toward formats that actually land for his specific audience. That's the next version.

Has anyone else tackled the voice/tone problem with writing agents? Curious whether negative examples worked for you or if you found a better approach.

TL;DR — Built an n8n + GPT-4o-mini pipeline that watches a Google Drive folder, extracts content from uploads, generates tagged post ideas, and writes LinkedIn posts in the founder's specific voice. 50K impressions in week one.

Looking for someone who can handle sales and client acquisition.

I build AI agents, AI voice agents, chatbots, and automation systems for businesses.

The tech and delivery side is fully handled by me.

What I need is someone who can:

→ Do outreach and find potential clients

→ Handle the sales conversations

→ Close the deal

Once the client is closed, we split the revenue. Simple revenue share model — you bring the client, you get paid.

No upfront cost. No risk. You just need to be serious and willing to put in the work.

If you're into sales, client acquisition, or just hungry to make something happen in the AI space — this is for you.

DM me your brief intro and we'll talk.
