The sunsets in Trinidad are absolutely spectacular!!

A scoop of Thai Red Tea gelato topped with some delicious vanilla soft serve from Nani's Gelato in Port Credit.

One of my favorite Canadian brands. They have 3 flavours but this Olive Oil & Sea Salt is my go to.

Had this from Le Lert Thai Restaurant in Toronto. It'sa chicken marinated overnight in aromatic Southern Thai spices then deep-fried. It came with jaew dipping sauce and a sweet and tangy house-made sauce.

First time at Dear Saigon as they've only been open for about a month. We were there for lunch and the food was delicious. Very friendly service, nice decor but we need to go back to explore the menu some more.

Happy 50th birthday to the CN Tower. I just can't imagine the Toronto skyline without it.

The Jerk Chicken Fried Rice at Charlie's Caribbean Cuisine is so damn good. I'll even say the rice outshines the chicken in this dish.

Beautiful weather and ferries were on time. If only we saw some whales the trip over to the island would've been perfect.

First time in BC and one of the first things we did was ride the Sea To Sky Gondola. Needless to say we have nothing as spectacular as this in Ontario.
