Help windows 11 won’t install/ crashing

So since the new windows update from a few days ago my pc has kept crashing while running any game even just booting into my screen caused it to well crash. I’ve tried to do a clean install (rip my save data) anyway windows 11 won’t install idk why, I’ve managed to get windows 10 onto the pc but when trying to go to 11 it’ll blue screen then boot back into 10 idk what’s going on

Am I loosing my mind, need help

So today I went and brought a binder from my local cash converter (I’ve used them for years and trust them) anyway I’ve brought two binders so far from them both have been checked out by the shop next door to make sure all card was legit. Anyway I’ve came across one card in the binder which is a cosmic holo mewtwo, I’ve been told it’s only worth like 14p but I’ve done some digging and it’s apparently a promo from brilliant stars that’s worth more like £40 upwards. Am I going insane or is the card shop right.

Also including pics of the binder just so people can take a look.

Any help and advice would be appreciated.
