What's the etiquette regarding right of way when you encounter an eMTB?

I'm gravelbiking in the Alpes often on quite technical trails at the limit of my bike and encountering quite a few people on eMTBs who could never have made it up otherwise. Who has the right of way? Imho the unassisted cyclist should have the right of way both up and down since it's just much harder choosing the right line and/or maintaining momentum for eg a gravel bike compared to an eMTB which also tends to have much wider tyres.

Cime de la Bonette from Uvernet-Fours

Cime de la Bonette, the highest paved through road in Europe of course has 2 very well known access points: from Jausiers and St Étienne-de-Tinée but there is a third way which sure isn't paved most of the way, the route which bends of left on the way to the Col de Cayolle from Uvernet-Fours (which is actually one of my favourite road climbs, just because it's so beautiful, for a road climb) at Bayasse. Not going to lie, this climb was tough, very tough and had me walking for parts of the way but it's hard to describe how beautiful this climb , hopefully the photos can give an indication was and for me the cherry on top was setting a new pb for col to Cime de la Bonette on my heavy gravel bike instead of my light weight road bike.

Col du Parpaillon from La Condamine-Châtelard

according to climbfinder the 4th hardest climb in France after Galibier from Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne. Climbfinder is wrong though this climb was much harder but oh zo beautiful and desolate.

Chatgpt remembering past conversations with me whilst I am on a different computer and not logged in, how is this possible?

Edit imgur.com added with photos of conversation, with extra photos where I highlighted it specifically referencing previous conversations

Nuroad race 2026, how to change handlebar height?

Nuroad race 2026, how to change handlebar height? it seems to be impossible without detaching cables and hoses

Edit: oh how dumb of me, you can just move the cable guide spacer up and use a split spacer

Which sadist decided to put the Hautacam and Galibier segment finishes before the actual summit?

Which sadist decided to put the Hautacam and Galibier segment finishes before the actual summit (Galibier finish seems to be at the tunnel) ? Seriously you think you are almost there and can finally relax but then you have to go up even further

(Otherwise I enjoy the new roads to cycle on 😉)

11‐36 cassette with r8100/r9200, what are your experiences?

Officially unsupported for Ultegra and Dura Ace but not 105. I am considering putting an 105 11‐36 cassette on my bike for an event with over 9000m of climbing in the Alpes but I need reliability. Did anyone try, how did it work for you?

Roadie planning to ride gravel in the Alpes, anyone got some tips (equipment/routes etc?) Accessories / Gear

I'm a roadie that bought a basic gravel bike (cube nuroad race) to explore some of the gravel routes in the Alpes (like col du Parpaillon and others in that region of France and Italy). Does anyone have some tips, tyres. I bought schwalbe g-one pro r for rear and rx front 50mm but perhaps other tyres or combinations are better suited? Any essential gravel specific equipment I should bring which as a roadie I perhaps didn't think of? And suggestion for beautiful places around Barcelonnette, Guillestre or even Cuneo?

Edit: I contacted MS support and they reactivated my copy. So for others with similar problems don't go messing with activation scripts, fortunately it failed to run for me

Did a lactate test, LT1 came back what I expected it to be, LT2 much much lower and below powers I held for 80-90 minutes in recent months. How to interprete?

Goodbye London, until never! Finally done, the PRL Full on smart rollers

I didn't intend to do the PRL Full this morning, hadn't prepared for it either but this morning I saw London was available, I had the day off and I have been putting off doing the PRL full for ages. I always said I'd rather everest than do the PRL but since I already everested I had no excuses left. Physically the route is actually not that hard, imho the Four Horsemen and the Uber Pretzel are tougher but mentally it's just really boring. Pacing went pretty well, final lap and Box Hill ascent were my fastest, lap and ascent 9 2nd fastest and nrs 10 3rd I don't think I'll ever return to London.

Equipment used Elite Nero smart rollers/Giant TCR Advanced Pro 0 with Giant powerpro dual sided power meter for power

The fixed schedule kind of sucks

Since I always have availability the same days I always have to do the same worlds. In zwift the schedule is sort of random so every day you have a possibility to visit all wirlds
