Here's what happens:

I press the Learn button. Light turns on.
I press the main button on the handheld clicker. Light on the clicker flashes.
Light on the overhead unit doesn't flash and the door doesn't open.

I tried the same thing with my keypad. Synced it properly according to video that I used the last time I synced it. Same issue, overhead unit's light doesn't flash and the door doesn't open.

Both the keypad and handheld clicker worked last week. I had to do a hard reset since my neighbor's handheld clicker somehow started opening my door (in addition to his).

Can someone help me troubleshoot? I'm pulling my hair out!!!

I'm moving into a new house that doesn't have a gas hookup for a grill, so I need to buy a new grill (it's a rental property, so I can't run a line).

I've been using a weber for the last 10 years at my old house, so I want something that won't have me kicking myself.
