Anyone feel back normal

So I’m 10 months postop now and I wouldn’t say that my shoulder hurts. It just only does at night and I have to have the perfect set up with pillows for it not to wake me up. Other than that, it just feels weak all the time and I’m still preferring my non-dominant arm.

Is there a time when I’ll feel back to normal or is this just gonna be a permanent feeling of crunchy weakness in my arm? I’ve had a CT scan and they said it was healing normally from what they could see, but I haven’t been able to have an MRI yet.

Back to the workplace

Has anyone had luck getting back into the workforce after many years? I’ve been out except for part time here and there for 14 years. What kind of jobs other than retail are accepting us?

I have my degree in biology and still no one is hiring me!

Hi I’m in Austin TX and really needing to find a job. I have my Ascp MLS certification from 14 years ago but haven’t worked in a lab bc I was a stay at home mom.
Anyway I tried for a lab assistant position and even got rejected for that!

Can anyone help? I know CPL is the major place to work other than hospitals. I think it would help to know someone

Is anyone else still having issues when trying to sleep with the pain waking you up?

My CT scan showed that it was healing fine but I couldn’t get an MRI and if I lay on my side or my stomach, it’s still wakes me up in pain
