got a secondary disk but it wont let me clean it through diskpart, and this msg pops up

Virtual Disk Service Error:
Cleanup operations are not allowed on the disk containing the current boot, system, page fill , or hibernation volume

Que formas usan ustedes para sacar plata de paypal? Conozco saldo ar y llegue a usar pero te compran el dolar a como 1200, mas una comision. Hay otras alternativas?
