Water coming under passenger dash

What could be causing this?

2014 VW Touareg V6.

I took to the shop a month ago thinking it was a clogged AC condensate drain line. They said they blew it out. A few days later and water poured out again. I took it to the shop again and they said the line was clear and they didn’t know what was causing the water and couldn’t replicate it. I drove around a few weeks with the panel off to watch for more water. After several storms nothing dripped down. Now yesterday a bunch of water flowed out after 30 minutes of a drive. Weather was 95F out so AC was running. The last pic is me under the hood peeking under the plastic cover of the windshield wiper. I had seen a video that there’s a reservoir on that side that might get backed up. Could that be it?

Azek deck stains - never used chemicals before

Help! I’ve had this Azek deck for 10 years and only ever power washed (water only). Dawn dish detergent and scrubbing doesn’t make a dent.

Never ending crack needs filling

What do I use to fill this crack in my steps? I tried some Quickcrete concrete crack seal a few years ago but that didn’t hold up. Hope this doesn’t get an NSFW flag.
