Do you think PSG lacks creativity offensively outside of Dembele?

I feel like PSG has been creating less big chances this year, including in the UCL, while having more clinical finishes. It is particularly evident against low blocks where very few players are able break through the defenses. PSG players tend to cross a lot in that case but with very limited success since there is a lack of box presence most of the time.

I would say Dembele is incredible at finding the perfect pass in the final third. This was obvious when he came on against lens in the last game. However, it is a lot more challenging for other players. Id say Ruiz has had a good connection with kvara and barcola against higher blocks and vitinha can sometimes find a good pass but he's not consistent enough. Doue has also incredible technical abilities but mostly tries to take on defenders.

Do you think there is profile missing in the midfield or in the attack as a more creative outlet?

We can't get rid of the bad players so we will lose all the good ones...

Cherki, mikau, moreiera and now Fofana but dont worry we will have freaking tessman and amn for ages

u/graal2008 — 3 days ago

Lyon can't get rid of any player this transfer window. That's concerning...

Lyon needs to sell to follow both UEFA and DNCG rulings. Moreiera's sale was for the previous accounting year unfortunately. We haven't heard anything since the beginning of the transfer window unfortunately.

Recently Maitland Niles was mentioned but nothing concrete. What about tessman? Sulc seems to want to stay and he's always injured. Fofana might leave but no offer yet. Molebe and kango are being loaned out but not sold. Caleta car is coming back. Seems like the worst scenario for the finances.

Good game today but job not done 🔥

I thought it was much better with players not playing out of position... Morton and tolisso were amazing, and the attack was very impressive.

Not sure the score would have been the same without the red card but it is still a good confidence boost

Isn't it risky for PSG to go this season without another reliable CB option good with their feet?

Zabarnyi was supposed to be the marqui replacement as a good defender and great passing abilities.

However, he was mostly terrible last season and this pre season. He is very much error prone unless he has pacho with him. But even then he is not providing anything going forward.

Since marqui won't be able to play all games and his form could dip, zabarnyi might have to play quite a few games and potentially important ones. Isn't it risky ?

What did you think about these two friendlies? Any stand out player?

The man united game was a lot better, especially in the first 25 minutes. More intensity and better accuracy.

The attackers weren't inspired, kvara pretty mid and mbaye with good flashes but after his goal was totally invisible.

Boly was the only titi that stood out a bit imo. He seems like a decent option for small games in ligue 1.

Mayulu was bad and was already not great in the end of last season. Beraldo was pretty mid and has a very hard time bringing the ball forward.

Zabarnyi was disgusting against Mallorca and a lot better against united but still faaaaar from that 70M price tag. Plus he really never passes the ball forward.

Safonov was amazing against united.

This generation of titis is 🔥

Amazing intensity, incredible technical abilities, and a lot of efforts. Great performance from the academy 🥳

Why? Is Nartey that bad because I don't think de carvalho can play professional football

Nartey was a 10M€ transfer but he hasn't been playing in a while. De Carvalho hasn't played since February and I don't think he should play football

[Girondins de Bordeaux] Communiqué officiel from Sparta Capital and Park Bench.

> Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for FC Girondins de Bordeaux. For six months we asked one question: what will it take to bring Bordeaux back to where it belongs, at the summit of French football? We listened to voices from all over the world, and one spoke our language. We are proud to welcome Park Bench as our partner in this journey.

> We have enormous respect for the history of this club. Bordeaux is one of the great names in the French game, with a proud tradition, generations of outstanding players, and a place at the heart of its city and region. We recognise the responsibility that comes with joining that story, and we understand that a club is far more than a balance sheet. Our task is to honour the past while building, patiently and with discipline, for the future.

> Our immediate priority is stability: the governance, the vision and the savoir-faire to move forward with confidence. A key part of that is engaging openly and constructively with the DNCG as its process continues. We respect the vital role it plays in protecting the long-term health of French football, and we are committed to working with it and demonstrating the financial stability and sustainability this club needs. Rebuilding will take time, but Bordeaux has every foundation needed to rise again.

> Through every storm, the loyalty of Bordeaux’s supporters has been nothing short of extraordinary. Their passion has carried this club through its hardest days, and we want them to know they will be at the centre of every decision we make. The academy, the city, the wider community along the Garonne—these are what we love, and what we are here to strengthen for generations to come.

> We thank Mayor Cazenave and his team for the decisive role they played in making the transaction possible. The city’s willingness to support the club is a key foundation of the future success of the Girondins and we look forward to a continued fruitful dialogue with the city and the metropole in the coming years.

> We would also like to thank Gérard Lopez, who agreed to work with Sparta Capital to find new investors capable of ensuring the continuity of the project and pursuing the development of Girondins de Bordeaux. Without his personal commitment and his support until the very last moment, this transaction would never have happened.

If campos and lucho can manage to win b2b2b after 2 of the worst transfer windows in recent history, it will be one of the greatest achievements in football

PSG has been very good at selling but terrible for players coming in in the last 2 seasons with a very subpar and expensive zabarnyi, an awful chevalier and pretty much nothing this transfer window

Infinite loop of CP22A notices to pay

Hi,

I paid my taxes early this year, through "make a payment". However, I then received a CP22A a few months later because it seems that it went to the wrong account and I had to pay a penalty. I called them (probably the rudest person I ever talked to from a US admin) and told me that even though I had paid my taxes I still had to pay the penalty.

I did pay the penalty through "make a payment" again since I never received a notification online about it. But I have now received a second CP22A notice telling me that I have not paid and that the penalty has now doubled...

Do you know how to pay a CP22A notice online? Nothing is shown on the notice on how to do so. I do not have any information about it online either. When I make a payment I select "Pay towards balance" and I put the year 2025. I have read that some suggest to indicate that it refers the 1044 form but I can't online.

I feel I am like in one of these weird nightmares where you keep reliving the same situation over and over....

[Aouna] Ouedraogo to Lyon confirmed. Around 1.5M€

I know nothing about the player but if it's another moreira in terms of intensity and on the ball ability I'm all for it

u/graal2008 — 2 months ago

10+2M€ for Bidstrup. Seems expensive but I trust you the scouting team.

It seems that it's a done deal. Lets hope him and nartey do great next season

I don't think I've ever seen a Spanish journalist reporting anything correct when it comes to the transfer market

There are made up stories everywhere but it feels like in Spain it's just 99% of it
