Grace kms for service
Suppose first service is at 2k kms. Then what is the + - grace kms within which the owner should get the vehicle serviced? If its exceeded then will they void the warranty?

Last time charged till 100% but let it plugged in for an hour more. Then HV battery alert notification started showing up when the battery hit around 40-45%.
This time unplugged the charger as soon as the app showed its 100%. Then after 2 hours again got notification HV battery alert and to charge till 100% Anyone knows why this happened?
For how much time the vehicle needs to be plugged in after 100% charge has been completed?
Now the charging won't start until and unless the battery goes below 80% . Should the charger be plugged in as soon as it allows and to again charge till 100% or to use it normally and again charge whenever it is required?
In march when the ac fan was turned on (at speed 1 or 2), it used to drop the aqi levels from 80-100 or whatever to 1 or 2 after an hour of driving.
Then after first service, in which they said they only cleaned the air filter. The aqi used to stay intact at 50-60 no matter what the fan speed. And earthy pollen smell used to come in cabin.
Raised the issue with them. They again cleaned the air filter, said the earthy pollen smell should go away, if it doesn't then they will do radiator cleaning but it will be chargeable. They did some ac setting using their obd laptop.
Now the aqi level drops to 20-25 but stays at this level. They said this is because body produces more heat in summers. As per them if the aqi level drops 10 points from the aqi level which is shown when the ac starts then as per them all is good.
Just wanted to ask what is the aqi level that you are seeing in your vehicle?
At what level, fan speed u use the ac?
After how much time of starting the ac do u see the aqi level dropping?
Have u noticed that the aqi level drop is less as compared to when the season was different?
The cinelux edition has got the update which has the facial recognition feature in profile. Have they rolled this out for the non cinelux versions?
On keys for vehicles manufactured since march or even april for some models ( for all vehicles based on INGLO platform), the keyfob has the infinity logo in chrome design and also the plastic of the key has improved in quality. Has anyone received the new key? If yes then can u please share if there's any other change or not?
I started detailing as a hobby just a couple of weeks back. I waterless wash my friends and families cars on the weekends. What I have noticed is that even though a microfiber towel has 8 sides if properly used, I end up using a lot of them. This Sunday I used 15, basically all the towels that I have, to waterless wash my friends old hyryder. What I do is spray ONR or some similar product mixed with water on a lightly dusted vehicle then use one side of the microfiber on the sprayed panel and wipe it in a straight horizontal line. I do not let that towel’s area to touch the vehicle again. This is how I end up using so many towels. For the buffing towel too, I use one area once or twice to buff an area and then change the area.
- Please give some tips so that optimum number of towels are used or better techniques?
- Can the towel used for buffing be used more than 2 times for buffing same or different panels?
- For waterwless washing how much should be the gsm of microfiber towels, both for cleaning the sprayed solution and for buffing? I am using the onces between 200-320 gsm and I use very very light force so as not to harm the paint. I see microfibers are in the range of above 1500 gsm too but are very very expensive. Are these high in gsm microfiber towels used for high end vehicles?
- I use a lot of solution which again is like 8ml-10ml in a 500ml of water, which is more than the manufacturer’s recommendation. I use more so that there are no scratches or swirls and to get more shine. Am I on the right track?
- How to know that a microfiber towel has reached the end of its life and its time to throw it away? When it losses its softness? Why does it loose the softness? Due to improper washing? What is softness is lost from one side and is ok on the other side? Still throw it away?
- How to properly wash the towels, by hand, so that all the dust and chemical is out? Moreover how to get the dust particles out of a towel after its dried?
- I am looking for a detailing stand to keep the products or any simple stand if it does the job, please share your recommendations.
- Also looking for the seat with tyres, though I might postpone its purpose because the one’s I found are too expensive.
Please share more tips for DIY detailing for noobs.
What are the specific areas in an ev where the rodent/rat etc. spray should be sprayed?
How many times should it be done in a month?
Which rodent/rat spray is good? 3m? There are tons of options online.
Is there any product which can be kept around the vehicle so that the rats stay away? Have heard that tobacco leaves works the best but not able to find them anywhere. Does that gutka, pan masala in a cotton cloth really work?

My friend is not happy with his service centre as they didn't resolve the issued that he faced. Now he wants to change the service center and asked his service guy a copy of the job card but he says that he cannot provide that. He has the invoice which shows zero value. Does a customer have a legal right to ask for job card? Can this be downloaded online from their app or website?
What is the difference between a service record or history and job card?
My cousin got his vehicle's first service done 2 days ago. He usually travels with his family and kid and keeps the ac speed at lowest or second lowest setting. The ac worked very well and the air filter used to drop the aqi to 1 and 2 in no time.
Apart from the inspection, they said that they have cleaned the air filter during first service. Now his vehicle's aqi never drops below 60 even after driving the car for hours.
For testing he increased the fan speed to max and the aqi went down by like 10-15 points but stayed between 45-50. Then he opened the door and windows and surprisingly the aqi started dropping and came down to 15. He also complained of pollen/earthy type smell sometimes.
Complained to the service center and they are giving him time after 5 days as all their slots are busy. So, that's why asking here for help. Photo of the climate screen
What do u think is the issue? How to resolve this?
If one doesn't have time to clean the car everyday and there is dry dust on it in the morning, then if a blower like this is used to blow away the dust
https://youtu.be/ZNgze-f58kA ( please mute the audio as language is different or use that ai thing)
Then can the dust flying away from this blower cause scratches on the paint, glass and the plastic/fiber part? If a blower like this is ok to use, then any tips for the new users?
If the vehicle is parked outside and there is lots of dry dust everywhere then in the morning if there is no time for proper cleaning then can a air blower or something can be used to blow away the dust? Will doing this cause any scratches on paint and glass?
When dust falls on a parked vehicle overnight or in a few days in parking, then does this process cause scratches? asking because planning to purchase a cover for my bike and old car.
If the interior plastic part of a vehicle are dark in color like dark grey or black and there is a line scratch on it then is there a product to remove or hide those scratches? Maybe something which can be applied on it like paint or something?
Posted this in the 9s sub but didnt get any replies so posting here as the key is same in all mahindra evs
My friend got the 9s. After the first service when he came back he found that the plastic key from the back and sides is cracked. The key was in the cup holder and he didn't check it while receiving the vehicle back. The service centre denied and told him that he can watch the cctv footage of the service centre. We think that this happened when they took the vehicle out for test drive after servicing in which they clocked 22kms.
Now they are saying that the key will be fully replaced and are quoting 10k for it. But the buttons and the chip is fine, only the plastic outer casing has been broken by them. Is there a way to get the outer plastic casing from somewhere? If this is possible then is it possible to transfer or shift the chip and everything to a new casing without their help?
Also is it normal for the service centre guys to drive 22kms in the name of test drive? My friend complained them about some noise issue, they said that they were checking that. Will an escalation help in a case like this?
Edit- is there a way to find the report of the day of service which was done 4days ago in the app or somewhere? can find the weekly report but if areport of this day is available plus at what time they traveled 22kms and where exactly (the location thing they might not reveal to owner citing privacy reasons) then it would be great and helpful.

Friends can u pl share how many kms has ur vehicle clocked, what are total number of charging cycles, ac vs dc % and soh if u got this number checked? And also what was ur delivery date?
I have noticed that the vehicle tilts to the left side on clear roads. Have checked it on totally empty roads at slow speeds at night without touching the steering. The steering doesnt move but vehicle goes to the left. Service centre is sayjng that its normal. They said not to do any alignment or anything from the outside as a log will be created for that and can have issues.
Why is this happening? And how to fix it?
Tonight in the parking lot, there was no one so there was no noise at all. The ac was also turned off in the vehicle. While checking the screen I noticed a sound coming from the passenger side just below the glove box where the paasenger keeps their feet.
This sound was a very low noise of something like a vacuum cleaner sucking up the dust or simply a blower working. Sometimes it used to come after every 10 seconds and sometimes like after every 20-25 secondsish. The camera was not able to catch the sound correctly.
AQI the standstill vehicle at that time was 1. Air filter doesn't work without ac on. To test this opened windows and aqi increased to 20 within seconds. Still this sound was there but aqi didn't decrease.
Went to the passenger side but i wasnt able to pinpoint from where this sound came exactly but it was around where the glove box ends and just above where the passenger keeps their feet. What do u think this sound is exactly? Can someone please check in their vehicle whether it makes this same sound or not?
- Can someone share the latest update version and the changelog?
- Can this update be installed via an OTA update?
- Suppose one downloads an OTA update but don't install it and then goes to the service center and gets the update installed by them, considering service centre installs the most recent update. Then in this case, how to delete the downloaded OTA update so that it doesn't eat up storage space?
- Service center guy said that installation from them will take 8-10 hours plus this will consume 50% battery. Why so much time and battery consumption? He had no idea about changelog so asking.
- If your current software is working just fineish then is there a need to get the software updated from them? Asking because they themselves don't provide any changelog.
If mods allow then I am willing to create new posts for every update and the changelogs, as compiled from senior members in reddit and other car enthusiasts.
For ICE vehicles while testing range they mention that these are tested under conditions where a person of xx weight was in vehicle, speed limited to xx , no ac and so on.
For testing range of an ev, what are similar such conditions? I mean the range was tested on eco mode, without ac etc. etc. and are these vehicles tested in traffic conditions or on clear roads?
