Getting sent back to spawn on sight
Hello! I am very new to the game and have some issues with existing. I am playing Marci and have watched several videos on her and read build guides but I am having the issue of whenever an opponent is on screen I am just instantly killed. Even if I am equal or higher leveled than my opponents and with strong items, I can barely get a point of damage on anyone before I am killed.
Is there something I am missing with regards to how this character should be played? It's definitely partially related to every game I play there's me with 2 wins and 7 games played while the entire enemy team has thousands of wins. The two games I did win, I was hard, hard carried.

Perfectly balanced, as all things should be
Every game. Am I just to assume there's no matchmaking whatsoever? between this, the absolutely insane urn changes and this being the single worst new player experience I have ever had (and I've gone through CS, Overwatch, DBD and Dota), I'm really struggling to find the will to give this game more chances. It should be fun and it's not. I don't care if I win. I just want to get to learn and play the game. I so badly want to love this game but jesus christ.

Xtrfy K4 TKL white light
Weirdest thing. Today, after 4 years with this keyboard, a white LED turned on and i have no idea what it is or how to turn it off. It’s not caps lock and scroll lock doesn’t do anything.
I’ve looked for a manual but there’s only a 6 page pdf that doesn’t include the layout.

Can we please get the option of opting out of crossplay in QP? I get why it exists and it should be on by default but for many of us on PC, we don’t want autoaiming hitscan in the lobby. I would gladly accept longer queue times for this.
Other games manage with this option just fine.
