Why aren't high IQ people all financially independent

I am of normal IQ (tested, smack in the middle of the bell curve) and wondered for a long time why people with +130 IQ work for others who most often are less intelligent then them. Why aren't most of them/you financially independent, out there creating companies the likes of OpenAI? If you know more then the founder, why aren't you one?

I work for others simply because I don't get great commercially viable ideas; at least I don't feel like I have the intellectual bandwidth to create something huge and impactful.

EDIT: to clarify, given some comments. I know there are other values then money, the post is most certainly not about that. The thought behind this post came to me while reading "The laws of thought"; one philosopher mentioned in the book, someone who was important in setting the foundation for LLMs ended up working for a company. And I thought, "why would a hight, caliber innectual WORK for someone else?!".

The premise is given you need or want money, why aren't you making that someone else other then working for people who most probably are less smart then you? Would they even get your ideas?

Pinecil v2 stand

The tiny stand I got for the Pinecil v2 topples over when I use it while the iron is plugged in (gets very back heavy). Any recommendation on steel based Pinecil v2 stands / holders that I can buy which are heavy enough to hold it and use safely while soldering?

Paint letters to cap, best strategy

I was going to paint the letters on these caps using a posca pen, but it didn't turn out too well (see image). What are other good options? I am thinking of just letting the letters show with the led light underneath.

The caps are for a split keyboard I am assembling.
