Question; What was the current update when you started playing?

For me it was 1.11. There want even concrete blocks or glazed terracotta yet. You still had to bob around like a fishing lure when you tried to swim lol anyone remember that?

Anybody have to retake a year in high school? What year?

I had to retake gr10 bc of personal issues, depression, and just general laziness. I felt like shit because of it. I just want to know if anyone can relate and if it isn't the end of the world if you know what I mean?

Should you workout if you skate? Or is skating the workout?

I feel like if I do more explosive/plyometric workouts and some balance exercises I'll have better pop, board control and just not be sore afterwards because im lowkey out of shape a little bit. Used to workout on and off like 3 years ago but life got in the way so I dont really anymore.

So, should you workout if you skate?

I wish I started skating earlier

I've been skating for a year 3 months. Can ollie, nollie, sw ollie, fakie ollie, shuvit, fs 180, ride up and down ramps, roll of curbs, and barely kf. I would say my progress is pretty decent, especially for only skating maybe 5 hours a week and taking a 6 month hiatus during wintertime. But OH MAN do I ever wish I got into it earlier. My sister showed it to me when I was 8. I tried to stand on the board but I was too scared to even do that. I would just roll around on my butt around our basement because it was winter at the time (live in the Midwest winter is the default setting lol) but I never actually tried to learn until I stumbled across Braden Hobans "catalyst" part and from then on, i was immediately hooked.

If I found that lust for skating when I first stood on the board at 8, I would be SOO GOOD BY NOW. I woul have been skating for 8 years by now and im only 16. God do I ever regret not commiting to it. But hey, dont we all?

What is your biggest regret in life?

For me, it is having wasted my teenage years. I have no friends, no social life, and no experiences just because I decided staying at home and playing video games from 13 to now is better than living out your best years

60mm orange oj wheels to replace my old spitfires for now. My city has terrible streets so these are pretty essential.

How long did it take you guys to fill up the Layton Lakes Trophy Cabin?

I know the answer will vary depending on playstyles. But personally it took me the first 3 weeks of playing to fill it completely. I wasn't trying for golds or anything, even though I have a few. I just wanted to fill it.
