Hybrid striper, white perch and large mouth. High point NC
Managed to catch several hybrid and a few other species this morning all on no.5 and no.7 shad raps. Natural shad pattern.

Rods for new striper reels
So today I had a order finally come in with a few new abu garcia 6500 series striper special reels. I fish a few lakes that are full of big hybrids and usually troll for them all through the summer and fall. I have several ugly stiks of all varities for trolling rods but im looking to try something new. I would like a 7' or longer medium or medium heavy rod with a moderate to fast action. Any ideas would be appreciated. I usually fish for large mouth and have a boat full of the lews custom series as well as the bass pro bionic blades but i would like a rod that has plenty of backbone for trolling big umbrella rigs and large cranks. Smaller fish for attention

Just brought home a new gladiator
So I sold my 2021 rubicon and bought a new 2026 shadow ops rubicon today. My question is, is the mopar bilstein lift kit worth the money. My fox shocks on my 21 were better and had more lift than these.

Average age of CB radio operator.
Hey everyone, hope yall are doing well. To get straight to the point I am wondering what the average age of everyone on this sub is. Reason being, my wife makes fun of me and says that no one under the age of 75 but me loves using cb radios. I am in my mid 30s and have worked on and used cb's since i was 13. If she is right i will accept that but i have the feeling that there are alot more dudes on here my age than she thinks. 73s and thanks.

DX from pilot mountain nc to somewhere in south america
Skip must have been really rolling this afternoon at 8:25 easteren standard time . Using my 4' firestik and my bearcat 980 ssb i managed to make a contact with a gentleman in south america by the handle of whiskey whiskey 505. Has anyone else managed to talk to south america from north carolina this week?
