Had ablation in February- afib attack yesterday

So I had my ablation in February. We thought it was a success. Yesterday I went into afib again. I did come out of it 2 hours later - which is good because before I’d have to go to the hospital to get cardioverted.
My concern are my numbers. My heart rate was flipping anywhere between 45-160. My blood pressure was 118/100.

My blood pressure is back to normal and I’m not in afib but I’m having constant PACS. I can’t get in to see my cardiologist until next week and I’m supposed to be going on a flight in a few days.

Has anyone had this happen? I’m worried I’m going to go right back into afib.

Only thing I can think of that triggered it was lack of sleep the night before. I don’t drink or do drugs. I have one coffee a day. Drink lots of water.

These constant palpitations are scaring me. 😩

New to Etsy

I started a shop for digital items and I think maybe it’s way too niche. I have struggle with CPTSD for years and been through every treatment possible. I’m not working right now and I recently discovered tarot - it’s maybe odd but it has been instrumental in my recovery process.

Anyways I thought maybe I’d share on Etsy a few of the things I had designed for myself, because maybe they could be helpful to others. I only have 3 things on there right now but I’m afraid no one will have a need for it.

I guess my niche is kind of —trauma/ptsd/anxiety healing through tarot. Oh god that sounds awful. I searched for competitors but I don’t see anyone doing this specifically.

I did everything through Canva and had fun doing it. The mockups were fun too. It’s given me an outlet for creativity so I know in my heart of hearts if it never really sees the light of day it’ll still have been worth it. I’m no longer in couch lock while simultaneously spiralling out of control internally.

I called my shop Sprout & Shadow - because of the two characters I made up. It’s kind of the duality I see with my CPSTD. Sprout tries to learn and grow and is creative. Shadow is what got me through all the trauma. Shadow has …. Seen a lot…. But is just as important as Sprout. I found it easier picturing to cute little blobs instead of just flipping through endless worksheets about CPT AND CBT and all the other acronyms that are supposed to help.

I should note that I MADE SURE to say that what I’m making isn’t a substitute for therapy because I know that’s important too!

Gah I feel like I’m being super flaky.. you can be brutally honest. Is this pointless? Should I be expanding the scope?

Here’s my shop link below - I literally just opened it yesterday and I’m already debating taking it down out of embarrassment.

I made sure I had my banner and icons up and videos and images to go with my products. Plus all the tags etc.

So I guess my questions are:

  1. Is it way too niche
  2. Am I cutting off a whole audience with my cartoon blobs? Should I take them out?

Thanks in advance. Sorry for the long post!

Is this normal behaviour?

I know these are mourning doves - so if this isn’t allowed just let me know. I have a bird feeder out for them but they seem to be getting aggressive with each other lately

Incredibly embarrassing - dirty dishwasher

I have been dealing with our dishwasher getting gross like this constantly. I remove everything and clean it but it ends up like this again. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
My husband is just “waiting it out” because we’re getting a Reno next spring but I can’t stand this.
I wash most my dishes by hand now.

Pixie dust

Is there an easier or faster way to get pixie dust?? I mined and jumped sparkly bushes for 2 hours with a mining companion and pets and yielded 20.
