Advice on item issue

Heyyyy guys so I’m fairly new to reselling and I’ve never had an issue like this. For context I sold her a pair of vintage kitten heels. They were delivered almost 20 days ago, I’m not sure where to go from here. She hasn’t opened a dispute or anything (yet) so I’m not sure what to do. I don’t want to fully refund her, should I offer a partial? Or just my apologies? What would you guys do😕

Anyone know anything about this?

I got this really nice scarf like thing today and was wondering if anyone knows what brand it is/what it’s supposed to be? It says it’s 100% silk and made in Korea!

CW: pet loss

I recently had one of my cats be put down, he went through some trauma and ended up having issues in his bladder/urethra that the vet said would have been very difficult and probably unlikely to fix. My female cat is about 10 and has had one other cat sibling pass away about a year and a half ago. However she was much closer with the one who just recently passed away. They would play, he would groom her, etc. I’m so extremely sad and this has been the hardest pet death I’ve ever had to deal with. He passed away at the vet, and I didn’t get to bring home the blanket he was in. I do have the carrier I took him there with and I also have some of his fur they gave me. He had been to the vet probably 6 times in about 2 weeks so I want to help her understand that he’s not coming back this time, will letting her smell the fur help? Or what can I do? She seems to be acting fairly normal maybe a little bit clingier. I’ve been trying to give her lots of attention
I definitely want to get another cat in the future to keep her company but not anytime soon

Ceramic piece?

Hey guys ! I found this piece of I’m assuming ceramic at cedar point on Lake Erie. Just wondering if anyone knows where it might have came from or anything about it. It’s the first one I’ve ever found so I’m super excited!

Cat is constipated and also has diarrhea

For context my former inside/outside cat, now inside only, went through some pretty bad trauma a little over a week ago. He was in the emergency vet for 3 nights and finished his last course of antibiotics on Saturday morning. I just got home from a trip and my mom had been watching him for me. I’ve noticed that he’s been trying to poop and only a little bit of liquid will come out, not entirely liquid but definitely runny. Sometimes it’s just a tiny amount and others it’s a little bit more but still not a lot. There had been some in the litter box when I got home that was more than I saw him do, so he’s got some stuff coming out but he’s just acting super weird about it. He’ll sit there for a long time and then it’s barely anything. I spent an arm and a leg on all the other stuff he had going on so I’m just wondering if this is something that’ll pass. Also noting I switched him to eating wet and dry food, while before he just had dry

Help me cover Whitelegs vet bills

Hi guys so the past few days have been so rough for my boy. To start off, I live with my mom for now so both of my cats have previously been indoor/outdoor (until now). Whiteleg came home on Wednesday night and I noticed his belly looked red, I took him to the vet and he was originally diagnosed with a skin infection. Took him home, the next day he was still acting super strange so I took him back. They then shaved him belly and realized his entire abdomen was bruised up. They think he has gotten hit by a car but definitely endured some type of trauma. His kidney levels were bad so he got prescribed pain medicine.
Took him home and he was still having trouble using the bathroom, he was only able to go about dime sized amounts. Yesterday he returned to the vet where he was hospitalized, his kidney levels had gotten extremely worse. They ended up having to insert a catheter last night. His skin had started to die and fall off on his belly due to the trauma he endured. She told me that in situations like this they wouldn’t know the full extent until a few days. They had asked me if I wanted to consider euthanasia at this point because they didn’t know where it was going to go from there and things could get really expensive. I said to continue treating him because he is my baby and only 3 years old, money comes and goes and I couldn’t ever consider losing him like that.
This morning things started to look up, his skin hasn’t gotten any worse and his bloodwork was all back within normal range. They said the only concern at this point is if he’s going to be able to empty his bladder once the catheter is removed and that it might be good to leave in for another 24hrs to allow his tissue to heal more.
So far his bills have came out to be around 6k, and I still have about 20% left to pay whenever I pick him up. I am just asking for support if you are able to give, and if not good thoughts and prayers are just as good❤️ thank you for reading guys these past 3 days have been extremely rough and exhausting
If anyone has any questions I would be happy to answer
