I have tried Lao Shan Dong, the one Michelin Bib Gourmand inside the green building and i liked it so much im looking forward to have it again when i go back but a lot of people say it's mid and overrated and that there were a lot better noodle shop in Taiwan but they dont say where. Please share where you get that better noodle soup, i want to know where locals go.
I'm planning to join the 10 km Ultra Trail Cordillera Ph this coming Oct. Gusto ko sanang mag-purchase na ng trail shoes as early as now para ma-break in and makapag-train.

For ref, I do minor hiking (day-hikes) monthly so better if i can also use the trail shoes sa hike (ayoko ng hiking shoes kasi matigas yung toe box and it makes my toes unbeareably painful. I also have wide and flat feet. These are the shoes I tried:
