Confused about what address to use for my LLC

I’m getting ready to launch an online business and honestly the address side of setting up an LLC has been way more confusing than I expected.

Some people online say using a virtual office is completely fine, others say banks and payment processors can flag certain addresses. Then I see people recommending virtual mailboxes as long as they’re not PO boxes, but I can’t tell what’s actually safe long term.

What I’m trying to do is use one consistent address for everything:

  • LLC registration
  • EIN
  • Business bank account
  • Google Business Profile
  • eneral business mail

I’d rather set things up correctly now than run into verification problems later.

For people who already went through this, what ended up being the most legit and reliable setup?

Did you use your home address, a virtual mailbox, registered agent address, or something else?

I’m based in Oklahoma City if that makes any difference.

The Thai sunscreens transformed my attitude towards the use of SPF products.

I have been using the American drugstore sunscreens that have been known to be oily and are white cast nightmares, and you must either use them to protect against the sun or to look like a ghost. After that, I had tried Thailand sunscreens when I was on a trip to Bangkok, and I knew that I had been inflicting pain on myself all these decades. The difference in texture is dramatic. Formulations of Thai are more like moisturizers with SPF, rather than an oily paste that you reluctantly apply. The most surprising thing is that they are not high end items; they are cheap drugstore products in Thailand. After coming home, I began to order them from different sellers on Alibaba and other such websites since I was no longer able to resume Western formulations. It is humbling to realize that whole markets have resolved problems that we simply accept as being normal. Americans apply sunscreen as a drug, something that is not very good but has to be taken. Asian markets use it as skincare- something that should be good and protect you. That philosophical dissimilarity manifests in the products. I have turned into that kind of person who does not stop speaking about Asian sunscreens. Have other people gone through the same revelations on products being dramatically different in other markets?

Hair loss products don’t fail randomly, they fail because they ignore biology

So, one thing becomes obvious the deeper you look into hair loss: most products aren’t failing by accident they’re just failing by design. Hair loss isn’t a single problem. It’s a combination of biological mechanisms. Androgen sensitivity (DHT), inflammation, follicle miniaturization, scalp health, even circulation, all interacting over time. But a huge number of hair loss products treat it like a surface issue. The only treatments with consistent scientific backing remain Minoxidil and Finasteride. Not perfect, not universal, but to an extent they target known pathways. What has changed recently is access. It’s now incredibly easy for brands to formulate and launch hair products through manufacturing networks, many of which are accessible via platforms like alibaba, temu and the likes. That accessibility isn’t inherently bad. But it lowers the barrier to entry far below the barrier to scientific validity. So you get an explosion of: oils claiming regrowth, serums with vague “active botanicals”, products that sound technical but don’t target any defined mechanism actually. What about the result? It’s confusion disguised as innovation. A simple filter helps cut through it: what mechanism is this targeting? Is there clinical evidence? What timeline would realistically show results? Hair loss is slow, cumulative, and biologically constrained. Any product promising rapid transformation is usually optimized for belief, not outcomes.

i recently did a small making project using children felt craft kits, and it ended up being more interesting than i expected

i picked up a simple felt kit originally meant for kids, mostly out of curiosity because i wanted something low-pressure to work on with basic materials. The kit came with pre-cut felt pieces, a few stitching guides, and simple shapes that could be assembled into small animal figures. What i noticed quickly is how much the design of these kits influences the making process. The pre-cut shapes remove a lot of decision fatigue, so instead of planning, you immediately move into assembly and stitching. it shifts the focus from “what should i make” to “how do these pieces come together,” which is actually quite helpful when experimenting or practicing basic hand-stitching techniques. As a maker, i also found it useful for testing small construction ideas, especially how different felt thicknesses behave when layered or stitched under tension. Even though it’s designed for children, it still gives you enough structure to explore material behavior and assembly order. it is not a complex project, but it was a useful reminder that sometimes simple kits can help reset how you approach making something from scratch.

I feel I was used and manipulated or was it something else?

I was 11 when I learnt how to make beads… you know crafts and stuff. It was actually from a classmate of mine and thanks to that I helped my family with a few things at home. I would go to local markets to advertise my works myself. That part I'm sincerely proud of. Then I met a lady who became one of my best clients. She would even call her friends to buy my stuff, but only if I sold below the general cost price. I don't know, maybe because I was a kid, I agreed. The profit was obviously small and consistent. Some days I felt used, other times I didn't mind. I remember the struggling times I had to push back deadlines because I couldn't afford the beads I needed. One of those times, the lady helped me source for stainless steel beads for a richer client online, it was either on alibaba or eBay, can't really remember. And when I pointed out I was underpaid afterwards, she reminded me the beads weren't even worth it that much anyway. The next month, another person opened a new bead and jewelry business ten times than what I sold. The same people rushed over saying “Here's the real bead.” right at my face. I don't get it, why are people hypocritical? Why is it so easy to manipulate anyone because they can? Anytime I remember that part of my life, I feel used and I hate that feeling. Was I wrong or was I manipulated?

What is the price difference between electric and diesel-powered concrete pumps?

Been trying to figure out the real price difference between electric and diesel powered concrete pumps and ngl the numbers are all over the place. Last month one contractor near my area brought in a diesel pump for a small apartment job and the noise plus fuel cost was kinda wild by the end of the week. Then another guy told me electric pumps are cheaper to run long term but the upfront setup and power situation can become a headache if the site is not ready for it. I was checking a bunch of supplier listings and ended up scrolling through alibaba for a while just to compare specs and prices from different manufacturers. Gotta admit the listings there were actually pretty useful because you can see different capacities side by side and some sellers even break down operating costs which helped more than I expected. Still kinda hard to tell what the realistic ownership cost looks like after maintenance fuel electricity and repairs get added in. For anyone who has actually used both on real construction projects how big is the price gap really and does electric actually save enough money over time to make the switch worth it or am I missing something here

I’m a Small Etsy shop owner in Colorado facing legal threats, Pls what should I do?

Hi,

I started a small handmade jewelry shop on Etsy out of Colorado a while back. Things were going fine until recently when a much bigger brand in the same niche started coming after me.

They are claiming I copied parts of their designs and branding. I honestly created everything myself and even double checked before launching to avoid issues. I spoke with a couple of lawyers and they said my work looks original, so that gave me some confidence.

Now the situation is getting more serious. They are not just going after my business, they are trying to involve me personally too. I set everything up under an LLC because I thought that would protect me, but now I am not so sure.

I do not have the kind of money they clearly have to drag this out in court, and it is starting to feel overwhelming.

What would be the smartest next steps in a situation like this? Has anyone dealt with something similar?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to find a solid accountant for a small consulting business. We’re currently an LLC but planning to switch to S corp status next year.

I’m looking for someone who can help guide us through the S corp election and handle all the filings and compliance. We don’t use QuickBooks and prefer to manage everything in Excel, with weekly check ins on our side.

We already handle our own bookkeeping, so this would mainly be for monthly or quarterly reviews and making sure everything is on track.

Experience with consulting or other service based businesses would be a big plus. Not looking for the cheapest option, just someone who actually adds value and knows their stuff.

I’m trying to decide between Zoho vs HubSpot CRM and keep going back and forth.

On one hand, Zoho seems more affordable and flexible, but I’ve heard it can take time to set up properly. On the other hand, HubSpot looks easier to use, but people say costs can climb pretty quickly as you scale.

I’m mainly looking for something that handles lead tracking, automation, reporting, and integrations without becoming a headache to maintain.

If you’ve used either or both, what’s your experience been like?

Which one worked better for you in the long run, and were there any dealbreakers or surprises I should know about?

Would really appreciate some honest insights before I choose.

A few days ago we began to research into which accessories are the most appropriate with sexy costumes to make a complete outfit because even a minor detail can add a lot of style and theme to the whole costume.

Initially, we thought that the costume would be sufficient. Nevertheless, we discovered more in them as we started to look further and further, it is the accessories that really make the look complete and more polished and expressive.

According to our observations, popular accessories are high heels or themed boots, statement jewelry, gloves, and stockings, which contribute to the overall appearance of the outfit. There are also numerous costumes that can be combined with accessories such as masks, hats, or themed headpieces depending on the style of the character.

We also realized that makeup is a key factor with the bold eye looks, matching lipsticks shade, and body glitter usually being used to complement the overall look.

When we were looking through the listings on Alibaba, a lot of vendors were selling accessory bundles with sexy costumes, such as wigs, jewelry sets, and themed props to finish the appearance and do it more easily.

We have also come to understand that the right accessories will make a plain costume a complete styled and eye-catching outfit.

I was about to go with a website builder and move on, then Bluehost popped up and now I’m second guessing things.||

The Bluehost website builder looks convenient since it’s tied to hosting, but I’m not sure if that makes things easier or just locks you in.|

I’m looking for something simple, reliable, and not too limiting once the site starts growing. Design flexibility and ease of use matter, but I don’t want to regret the choice later.|

If you’ve used the Bluehost website builder, how was it in real use? Did it feel smooth and beginner-friendly, or did you run into limitations pretty quickly?

Would you stick with it or choose something else now?

Yoga jumpsuit size I visited a fitness clothing shop to buy a yoga jumpsuit two days ago. I wanted something comfortable. I wanted something flexible. I wanted something that fits my body well. But when I checked… I felt disappointed. Some jumpsuits looked nice but felt tight. Some felt loose and not supportive. Some sizes were confusing on labels. I could not trust them. I could not decide confidently. Then I visited another shop in the same area. Some jumpsuits felt softer but still did not fit properly. Some looked perfect but stretched too much. Some had good fabric but wrong sizing. I remembered a jumpsuit I bought before that looked good but became uncomfortable during workout. That made me hesitate even more. To check more variety and options while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba… Some jumpsuits had size charts with body measurements. Some were stretchy fabric for better fit. Some were tight compression styles and some were relaxed fit styles. Some were cheap and some were premium quality. Some reviews said sizing depends on body shape more than size label. This made me excited but also confused again. Now I am thinking stretchy fabric feels safer for comfort but exact sizing gives better support. Online has more size options. Local lets me try real fitting. Both feel useful in different ways. What would you do in my place?
