Well I'm glad I was gonna bore it
Honestly, on top of the lobeless cam, and this, I'm surprised the thing ran as nice as it did lol.

This on top of my lobless cam, I'm surprised this car ran as well as it did.
If that isn't a testament to the 22res reliability idk what is.
Also the oil spill was cleaned, fear not
Anyone ever seen this shit on a 22re? CAM is completely chewed through...wtf?
Guess I figured out where the shiny oil came from lol.
It was somehow running before this...
Random bestbuy celica, must work there I see it often.
Just showing off...love this car. She's a project for sure, but one i enjoy immensely.

In this video, a couple of older Japanese men have created a pretty cool EV, and it just gets me wondering...wtf dodge? Why use the lame ass spaceship sounds? Why not use the v8 sounds you already pump through your cars speakers on a lot of your lower end vehicles? Are you intentionally self sabotaging yourself?
Kinda makes me wanna EV swap my celica lmao...
Work will always need to be done, some onsie twosie items here n there...
GTS not supra, ignore the wheel, I bought it like that...need to order the proper one...
**Okay I forgot the images from before....big whoops.**
Hello all,
I'm sure this is a rarer one to get posted but I've learned that fixing stuff is more fun than just letting stuff sitting around collecting dust, and i got some project cars to buy so I'm selling off a good bit of my collection, starting with my Lisa.
Both the Lisa PSU and Profile PSU have been recapped, at least, most of them. Not including some of the larger caps, but all of the rifas of course.
Its a 2/5, at least the main tray and motherboards are as far as i can tell, has the H/A8 boot ROM, and the parallel slot on the rear. I mention this because the serial number on the chassis corresponds to a 2/10, but im not sure at what point in its life that happened, or if it was like that from the factory, who knows.
It comes with all of the original documentation as far as i am aware, and the floppy disks. Most of them do not work at this point unfortunately. It also comes with keyboard, mouse (which is a bit more yellow then the rest), 5mb Profile drive, and Lisa GALSCSI made by alexthecat123 on github, aswell as the boards and most of the chips to make two 2MB ram cards, by warmech on github.
The only issue of note that i am aware of, is, it boots without pressing the power switch, and doesnt really fully turn off without unplugging.
Attached are a couple choice photos for your viewing pleasure, there is a massive amount of photos of everything, from most angles, in decent lighting, just pm if you're interested in the Lisa and I can send it to ya.
Its really, really hard to find good numbers for what a Lisa should go for in a situation like this, from a collector to another collector, instead of random find on eBay to praying you didnt just spend 3k on a complete basket case of a computer, as well as something as compelete as this...really its a ask what you want thing. That being said, I would like to throw out a starting offer of 6k OB0
I am, however, quite flexible on this, work with me ya know, ill entertain all reasonable offers.
I will answer any and all questions, just hit me up, shoot me a dm if youd like, either way.
I am in Washington state, i will drive it to you within 500ish miles, espesically if we can make a deal on the upper end.
unfortunately I will NOT ship.
thx!

I am, however, quite flexible on this, work with me ya know, ill entertain all reasonable offers. This may sound crazy, but ide actually totally do a trade for an 84/85 Celica supra in nice condition, as its one of my dream cars.

For sale is a 20th anniversary Macintosh with a 400mhz sonnet crescendo, 128mb of ram, and a 64gb ssd.
Also has the buzz fix done, screen looks great but the CD drive door is broken, as well as the CD drive itself as is typical of these machines.
Included is the geoport telecom adapter
Asking $2000 obo
Located in WA state, near Seattle, hmu let's make a deal. will not ship.
3rd time to upload is a charm lmao...
Ain't she lookin minty?
More work to be done, just ordered a carbon hatch
Also yes, that is the mystery machine.
Ain't she lookin minty?
Reuploaded cuz I had my full license plate visible lol...
Ordered a carbon trunk :3
Also, yes, that is the mystery machine.
Spoiler cuz little bit of a wound.
Cant sand after work cuz i get off at 11pm and thats just too late to be that loud, so early mornings it is...
Should hopefully be done sanding tomorrow, and then its taping and painting, and then reassembling. Hopefully before the weekend
Also, if youre using a wire wheel on a angle grinder, make sure youre *really* holding onto it, and using proper protection. I wear a mask, gloves, and eye pro, but maybe longer gloves would do justice.
Im sure even modern celicas can go here, but what about 80k sold over all versions 5k being the covertible, so 1/75k? No numbers for GT/GTS or differntiation between notchback or liftback but still.
(its mine, and a restoration is underway)
The sound deadining i was unable to remove with my heat gun, destroys my flap disk so fast :|||
Entire front crash bar and supports were rusted p gnarly like, sand blast n then paint, ezpz
Removing the sound deading is maddeding, i got a heatgun, makes it quicker, wish i had a place that sold dry ice near me.
Annoyingly if i search "dry ice near me" in google all the results are for normal ice...fucking useless.
Henlo,
I have a very beautiful condition color classic with its original box, and accessories (minus documentation) including the (now useless) original install diskettes.
This particular unit is Mystic modded, 480p (flicker) modded, as well as having the 66MHZ apple branded PPC 601 upgrade card (with full fat 608040), also with its original box and documents. Also has a desktop bluescsi and i think a 64gb sd card in it.
Unfortunately, and its probably a capacitor issue, on cold boots it will start with a red display, only returning to a normal color after some time, and some gentle tapping on the side, even though i went though the entire power board and made sure everything was soldered down, and even changed out the LC575 board, it still starts up like that.
Regardless, its time i part ways with it, to someone who can enjoy it as much or more than i did.
Price: $2,000 USD OBO :3
i am in Washington state, will not ship, hmu!
