how the fuck does one get the LCDS to work ive gotten the radio and auto polit thing working but not the switch panel nor well the LCDS

so i upgraded from that cpu to that cpu im now facing freezing issues when watching youtube the sound cuts and my mouse freezes for about 1-2secs since the upgrade ive updated the bios and same thing i reinstalled windows same thing im at a loss atm...
