How does wheeling fit into your broader investment strategy?

I made the mistake of not investing properly and now I'm playing catch-up. Wheeling attracted me because of the possibility of beating the SP500 which would enable me to catch up more. But I also recognize that this strategy inherently caps the upside. Moreover, my Capital is not always fully utilized due to limited opportunities.

How does wheeling fit into your strategy? Should I view this as a secondary activity that merely generates supplemental income?

Seasoned Media Buyer's/Digital Strategists: what is the likelihood that AI will actually replace your role in 3-5 years?

We all know that AI right now is great for automating repetitive tasks, which frees up time to focus on strategic matters. But I personally am seeing the trajectory move in a direction where AI is getting pretty good at advising on strategy. It also picks up on details that I occasionally gloss over.

I would absolutely not rely on Claude to advise me on what to do or autonomously manage my campaigns. But I can see a future where it can. I can also see a future where clients may be okay, with not having top level expertise if it means them spending 50% less.

I know it's impossible to accurately predict the future, but I wanted to get your opinions on where you think things are heading.

Israel-first Fetterman threatens to leave the Democratic Party if it "abandons" Israel

First Dershowitz, then this. Even Bill Maher recently said he's looking at moving to team R because of this issue.

Was just put on Wellbutrin (150mg) and I have a trip in 10 days... Should I wait until I get back? Should I try and see if the side effects aren't so bad?

Some background: I have mild depression and slight anxiety. I was on Trintellix for a few months and saw good progress but the side effects made it not worth it. I stopped about two months ago. My favorite thing about Trintellix was the mental and verbal fluidity. I just felt sharper. After telling my doctor this, the doctor suggested this drug. I'm not in any emergency situation, but I want to get better.

So I'm going on a vacation in 10 days and I don't want to be dealing with shitty side effects during the trip. Should I see if the side effects aren't so bad, or should I just platy it safe and wait?

I work with about a dozen ecom brands across different verticals and the last few years have gotten tougher when it comes to generating results. Some are doing well but about half of them are underperforming.

Clients are quick to tell me to improve targeting and don't seem to grasp that there are many other factors that contribute to performance:

  • Product-market fit
  • UI/UX
  • Ad relavence
  • Ad quality
  • Campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategy, etc
  • Tracking
  • Payment
  • Shipping cost and speed
  • Product pricing
  • Cost to reach

How do you go about diagnosing the problem in a scientific way? I want to be fair to the client but I also don't want to be blamed for reasons out of my control. I also don't want to waste my time with a client with a failed product.
