Your knowledge is super valuable. If people follow you because you teach something - marketing, fitness programming, sales, nutrition, whatever - that knowledge can be turned into an AI version of you. Your audience is hungry for your knowledge and willing to pay you $1-2K/year to talk to the AI version of you, if it coaches them the way you would. They want to get personalized advice based on YOUR frameworks and methodology, not generic AI answers from ChatGPT.

The revenue from an AI clone can be much higher than you would've thought. The most successful experts I know are doing six figures in recurring revenue from their AI clone alone. A couple are pushing past $400K, one is above $700K. Some of them have 95% monthly retention and 36% free-to-paid conversion on trials. Again, crazy numbers.

It's better than an online course. I know everyone and their mom has been told to "package your knowledge into a course." The problem is courses have terrible completion rates, zero personalization, and you're competing with a million other courses. An AI clone is fundamentally different - it forms a relationship with the user and coaches the user exactly around the topic they need solved. People come back daily. 60% daily retention with the best clones. Try getting that with a Kajabi course.

You don't need to be technical to build this. It would take you months to build it yourself. Tony Robbins or Alex Hormozi did it inhouse, because they were super early. But nowadays most people use no-code platforms where you can build this yourself within a couple of days. Tools like BuddyPro, Delphi, Coachvox. Some are better than others, most are not very good. The quality is the most important thing. Definitely don't do it on CustomGPT.

Who this works for: Influencers and thought leaders whose audience follows them for their KNOWLEDGE. If you've written books, created courses, have a coaching methodology, YT channel with know-how, frameworks people pay to learn - you're sitting on a goldmine that you're currently monetizing in the least efficient way possible.

If you're an influencer whose value is purely entertainment or aesthetics, this probably isn't for you. But if people genuinely learn from you and would pay for access to your brain - an AI clone is probably the highest-leverage thing you can do right now. And most people still don't know about it.

• it's a single thread chat and feels very much like talking to a human (even though people know they are talking to AI)
• it's an AI that's incredibly good at coaching, empathy and self-development, it feels like your AI buddy .. it's not based on cheap models
• it's very private, nobody knows what people are talking about, so they go deep
• it's proactive and keeps initiating messages to the user, holding them accountable and checking up on the progress
• it's not on a website or membership section - it's in a messaging app

All of those things combined make for an AI buddy that's SO VALUABLE to end users, that they pay $2,000 for annual subscription. Because they want your advice. The proven frameworks.

If you want to build this - and you should - make sure to do it this way. It works better than anything else.

I want to share my insight. I'm deep in AI coaching topic, and I want to share my experience that it is actually possible to build the AI version of you that coaches your clients 24/7. Don't be afraid to build this. People actually love it. They want your help in times when you are not there. Yes, they know it's AI, but it's still extremely valuable when it gives the same coaching as you, in the context of their story.

Many of the coaches I know are selling subscriptions for $1-2K a year as a stand-alone product. Not AI in their membership section, not a cheap chatbot. Real AI mentor for real money.

The key to this is AI with unlimited long-term memory, human-like behaviour, deep knowledge of your know-how and state-of-the-art prompting. And giving advice based on the user context, ALWAYS. It's not easy to do it right, but it can be done. The future is here. The revenue is real, people want this and they will gladly pay you lots of money for it. It's like their AI buddy that they can talk to at 3 am when they can't sleep because their head is pondering on their life choices.

You can build your AI coach and get your freedom, scale your impact beyond giving your expertise by the hour. Don't sleep on this, the market is gonna fill up fast and once everybody has their AI coach, it will be much harder to sell it.
