He's (40, USA) scheduled for next month for Tecvayli and we need to stay in the hospital for the week. We've never had an inpatient treatment before. What is the day-to-day like? How did you feel? What is the best way to prepare?
I know canonically they're sterile but I'm coming straight from Rimworld and what got me really attached to my colonies was having family dynasties. I see there's a mod for dups to age and die, but I don't see any for children. Do people just play this game that much differently? I'd like to set up a safe little outpost for my dups and their families.

No, I don't want to join your discord to join your group. I shouldn't have to use third party software to play this game as intended. I play this game to roleplay a fucking dino, not a human with comms. I want us to utilize our warning calls and actually pretend to be an animal or else I'd go play on Bosch's voice chat server. I'm not about that.
The game is balanced around herds and packs, not solo play. Why is there no function yet to join a group at a distance. Doesn't even need to be map wide like Beast of Bermuda. Just let 1 call auto invite people of your same species or make some other button for it and extend the audible range of that. Suddenly you get a ton of player interaction with this one simple change: predators head your way and you get to group up with someone else.
I always play unpopular species, mostly mid to small herbivores. I will never find a herd naturally as the game is now.

I haven't played seriously since Cataclysm. I used to just RP out in the world and pick up guild membership that way, but the quality of open world RP has really dropped.
I've joined three guilds and none of them really fit. I feel like the only guilds really advertising are the brand new ones that don't stick around. Looking for RP through discord ads is like an ocean wide but an inch deep.
A friend and I are looking for an RP guild that has a dice system and does regular (like once a month) events, not tavern RP or fight clubs. Those are fine to include, but that's not really progression.
Does anyone have an established guild like this? The theme doesn't really matter as long as it isn't nobility focused. We have many characters and one is bound to fit. This is for Moonguard, Alliance.
There's a bot swarm advertising 'IPTV' disrupting /r/theisle for the last two days, the current mod is inactive, and no matter how many reports are made the posts just keep coming.
Could an admin just go in and enable botbouncer or something??
