I ordered this the day the shop reopened and it was given a status on the 24th but then seemed to go backwards in process, from dropped off at USPS back to “preparing your order”

I reached out via 2 separate emails a few days apart and finally got a response saying they’d have it out by the end of the week (3 days ago)

Still no update, reply, anything.

I ordered a shirt and patches. None of the pre order items.

One of my favorite things about the AT shades (at least this one) is how different the dial can look based on lighting conditions and viewing angle which I tried to capture in these pictures.

Wearing bright orange pants as a reference point. You can see some lighting/angles shows the dial nearly identical in color to the pants, while other pictures it’s clearly a much different color, leaning into a deep, vibrant red.

Absolutely love the patrimony. I wanted to steal its strap for my Aqua Terra and gave it a bit of an upgrade for now.

I would love to source a bracelet for this if anyone has any recommendations. I’ve found official Mido photos on a bracelet, but the links no longer work

Laying out clothes for work and usually loosely base my watch off of the shirt I’m wearing (pants always the same and not applicable).

Today I noticed this shirt kinda went perfect with both my NTTD and SM heritage.

Both options also have OEM bracelets with NTTD having the OEM nato in addition to the leather nato it’s currently on

Took my kids out to play and grabbed a random blue rubber CW strap because it had quick release (my red OEM rubber does as well, but gets dirty easily).

Ended up liking it much more than I expected and might have to throw it in as an option

First watch from Lorier and I love it. Picked it up last week via the watchexchange Reddit and the pictures really don’t do it justice (nor did the sellers pictures as this thing came to me in mint condition with both straps seemingly untouched).

Extremely easy wearing to the point I quite literally forgot I had it on and took it into the shower before realizing.

I don’t have a ton of experience with microbrands but I’m very impressed with this one in particular

I was hoping to inherit a gold Daytona with a Tiffany dial, but upon walk in, father was only offered a WG Daytona with Diamonds.

Was daddy taken advantage of? WG looks just like stainless to the poors, so I really don’t see the benefit.

Will I have a difficult time selling this when I become king of father’s castle?

I know how bad everyone hates divers on leather, but the NTTD has limited OEM options and they already sell a seamaster heritage on leather.

Also if you can believe it, I’m not diving today.

As many may know, the OEM rubber straps don’t fit the NTTD without cutting some of the rubber off. I check this somewhat frequently in case they do a stealth update like they did with the quick release straps.

Today I check and the brown rubber strap from the Sedna SMP is showing compatible with the NTTD reference, as is the green, black and a few others.

It’s only a select few and the rest show non-compatible.

Does anyone know if there’s been updated straps or an idea of why this recently changed? Very possible that it’s a glitch but I find that odd on straps I’ve checked before and that it only shows compatible for a few.

They’ve also released a bunch of new straps recently (such as the OG bond nato with red/green) and I thought maybe they changed some part numbers or compatibility when doing so

Went a month without this watch and after wearing it again I can’t stop looking at it

Posted a month or so ago when I noticed my AT shades was very difficult to wind and would make a bit of a click noise every time I tried.

Obviously needed looked at, but my AD is an hour away and I haven’t gotten the motivation to drive out there and drop it off.

Just for the hell of it I grab the watch today to check it and it winds and runs flawlessly. No noise, no resistance. It’s perfect.

Would you still recommend sending it out, or could there have been a fluke that caused this? Either way I’d keep an eye on it and maybe send it in right before warranty expires (which is still almost 4 years away), but it seems kind of silly spending 2+ hours to drop a watch off that’s functioning perfect

Not exactly extreme (at least at chapter 11) but his other work qualifies and I’ve been quite enjoying it so far.

Noticed my 2022 scribe (latest update) now has an outline option within the highlight/underline menu, though I can’t find any patch notes or posts on this.

I’m assuming it’s scribe specific but can’t be sure as my Paperwhite hasn’t received the latest update yet.
