Strategizing for posts is more difficult than discipline itself

I've managed 50+ social media accounts in my career, and for most people, strategy has been a much bigger problem than discipline.

Everyone starts with a lot of motivation, but that dies within a few days because they don't know how to move forward. Everyone wants to do a 75 day challenge or a 100 day challenge, but that doesn't work if you don't have a proper strategy.

The machine gun strategy of spraying content everywhere or the shooting in the dark strategy doesn't work. That's the pattern I've seen again and again.

How do you guys deal with this?

I'm making a playlist for gym/workout/run

For some context, I'm a south Indian and I don't understand the lyrics at all, but i make efforts to understand the songs, by watching breakdown videos

I'm a pretty lazy guy, but when i put on songs like: 52 Bars, Winning speech or sit down son songs like that give an adrenaline rush and help with workout,

Can you guys suggest some songs like that, where the beat and bgm is great and its uplifitng

Job background verification in IIMs

I was a minority stakeholder in a startup immediately after college and drew a basic salary for two years. I have now taken a new job and am planning to appear for the CAT this year. I want to understand whether my startup experience will be recognized as valid work experience, and if so, what documents I will need to submit.

During my two years at the startup, I spent 1.5 years in R&D with minimal revenue generation, and the next six months showed decent traction. Given this situation, I'm concerned about whether the admissions committee will view me as having legitimate work experience or consider me unemployed. Could you clarify what documentation I should prepare?

I have the documents of Partnership deed and GST etc but not any financial docs like P&L etc.

It's my birthday today June 19

I turned 24, it's my first time staying alone on my birthday weirdly I don't feel anything,

Most of my friends forgot about it lol, earlier I would have got sad, but now I'm just laughing it off, maybe that's what happens as you get older.

Anyways just wanted to put it out here, Happy birthday to anyone celebrating their birthday today :)).
