Interoffice Prototype

I had some extra (really old) interoffice mail envelopes that I thought would make a fun prototype project for this evening.

I may have my wife sew a few Field Notes size envelopes for the box I’m starting up next week. What do y’all think?

The interoffice notebook has a mix of Rhodia dot grid, vellum, and the extra TechWeave paper I had left over.

In- Signs of Spring/“The Pursuit of Happiness”

This book was recommended to me so I had to pick it up from the library. “The Pursuit of Happiness: How Classical Writers on Virtue Inspired the Lives of the Founders and Defined America” by Jeffrey Rosen.

I really hope something for America 250 is the summer edition for FN this year!

Rhodia dot grid paper inside 80lb cardstock with this iconic NASA Art Program painting of John Young and Gus Grissom by Norman Rockwell. I needed a new dot grid notebook because I’m nearly finished with my current FN. I decided to make this real quick so it’s ready to swap in next week. This is my favorite custom I’ve made so far :)
Printed on an Epson ET-8550.

I always try to have a plain, dot, graph, and lined notebook in rotation at any given time. I love the vignette so much and I wish they’d bring it back someday.

For this one I’ve got a Polaroid of my daughter cheesing it up so hard as the pic. 🥰

I decided to make Earth Day notebook covers using some awesome NASA imagery. The river delta design was from Earth Day 2020 and the Earthrise picture/quote is from this year with Artemis II!

I’ll put some Rhodia dot grid put inside of these beauties on Friday.
