I do have some dust eating commercial properties in Jaipur from my old businesses including a clothing manufac plant [used to export it in franc & germany], blue pottery plant [did some exporting until cofounder wnna become a bum], some foodtrucks and office spaces

Now idk what to do with them as they arent getting me some cash in bank. I mean at this point i do wnna start them up again or let them be used by some other person [if anyone of ya want them iin exchange of equity] or just liquidate them for good

Ill keep it simple and short, i got a factory and expanding its production we do produce for many other brands [no big names just some mid size corp] now i want to establish a production line for micros and small ones too. so if you are starting or a ongoing ecom/brand in clothing area we can churn something up. Im also up if this factory's production line can be used by yall keeping me as cofounder [only if you are going to start to pivoting]

First, the obligatory thank you post to the community that kept my DMs looking like a group chat nobody asked to be in. I read most of the offers, I said no to more than I said yes to, mostly because "I have an idea, you build it for equity" is not, in fact, a business model. Somehow I still walked away with equal footing in three businesses and a few smaller seats elsewhere

Current status - not shopping for more seats. Not joining your project, your DAO, or your app that's "Uber, but for [thing nobody asked Uber for]" I've got partners, equity, and a spreadsheet that finally balances which, if you've ever built one of these, you know is basically a personality trait at this point

That said, I'm not fully closing up shop. If you need one of three things which is a system that's actually better than what you're running, a financial model that needs a full teardown because the current one is quietly hemorrhaging money, or connections worth more than "I know a guy" then I'll give you the courtesy of an actual read. Everything else gets the standard treatment, a polite decline and a promise to myself that I won't open that DM again (I will, but it's the thought that counts)

Bottom line - bring numbers, not vibes. I've got enough vibes already also Love y'all guys no hard feelings but its a numbers game at last emotions wont pay bills isn't ?

Not building one product. Building 3-4 simultaneously. Different verticals, same underlying principles: compounding revenue, minimal churn, regulatory arbitrage [where appropriate]

My needs -
Technical architect (full-stack, systems thinking)
Growth lead (paid acquisition, funnel optimization)
Legal/ops (offshore structuring, entity setup, compliance)
Angels (if possible, to fasten my track)

The approach -
Long term holds, no flips. 5-7 year horizon. Revenue funded, no VC hype. Proper offshore structures from day1 (Singapore, UAE, Delaware holding companies) to optimize for global markets and legal clarity

What I expect in You -
Understand why Money wins at end. Have read finance and have proper knowledge with a spice to articulate your thoughts. Comfortable with gray areas if properly structured. Want to build Cash cow businesses, not chase valuations [yet, we will do it on later phases]

What you can expect from Me -
Research done across almost all verticals in horizontal depths. Network warm. Just need execution partners who think in systems, not features to aid. Will sleep under open sky and on land to shift every penny so that models dont suffocate [now u do get the idea of what kinda man i am]
