The online discourse Ive been hearing about men having zero empathy for struggling mothers is enough for me to never have children

I AM NOT condoning struggling mothers to mentally or physically abuse their kids.

But the lack of empathy for the very real struggles women experience becoming mothers in this current climate is enough for me to never participate.

They think women should suck it up and its not that hard.... said the men who aren't barring any physical repercussions from pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding etc and barely any lifestyle repercussions..

Need some advice, never been in a LDR (24M & 28F)

Backstory:

He followed me on Insta due to a mutual interest.

Messaged me on insta. We chatted then he asked for my number.

We texted pretty much every day for 1 week then I asked him to call and he did. We talked on the phone for 30-45 mins.

Then another week went by of texting every day and I asked him to talk again. He said he was talking to his friend and we'll talk sometime soon.

2-3 more days of texting and I tell him im not interested in a text only relationship and we'd have to talk on the phone and plan to meet to keep talking.

He agreed and said he'll try. He texted me again that night and we had a good text convo.

He texted me again the next day and we chatted for a bit over text and i asked him to call me the next day. He said he would.

Next day came he did not call.

Now its the day after that and we havent texted each other at all.

Like I said we've texted every day for the last 2 weeks. He's double texted plenty of times and initiated every convo except 2.

Also we've sexted a bit and exchanged tons of photos and videos. I know he is who he says he is and vice versa thats not a concern at all.

Just not exactly sure how long distance relationship communication is supposed to work when you havent met first before and you live in different states.

Interesting how the only time break in his tour was after the Brazil show

A one month break in between his São Paulo and then Lisbon show. Then there are no other breaks in between shows

Oliver's death is really taking a toll on me. The fact that life is temporary isn't motivating me to want to do more.

I know to honor Oliver I should be chasing my dreams now more than ever. But i feel more unmotivated than ever.

How can I begin to move forward and not squander my life in honor of Oliver?

Some of my favorite pictures of Oliver

I always thought Oliver was absolutely adorable and not ugly at all the way he would say he was. But he especially looked very healthy and happy recently. None of these pics are my own. Feel free to add your own
