Do you listen to your parents' music?
I was thinking how I probably wouldn't enjoy Elton John, Steely Dan etc. if it weren't for my parents playing them, mostly in the car.
I was wondering if anyone else adopted some of your parents' tunes.
If so, which artists stuck with you?
The shelter said beagle-boxer. But I can't find another Boggle who looks like him.
Bailey boy ❤️
What traditional foods do you eat in your country despite nobody really liking them?
The Nightshift LE was worth it
I have been untreated for years because I could not tolerate CPAP. I finally tried the Nightshift and my report is promising.
It's a chest band with a sensor that vibrates when you lie on your back. It's supposed to gently nudge you into rolling over without waking you up.
I only used it one night but compared to my past sleep reports, the results are incredible. I only spent 6 minutes on my back last night. I rolled onto my back 4 times and the device vibrated an average of 8 times each instance to make me roll over, but I don't even remember that happening. Apparently I just rolled over without waking up at all.
That's exactly how it's supposed to work.
At around $500 with the chest strap it's absurdly expensive and requires an RX even though you pay 100% out of pocket.
At least the process was easy. I uploaded my Lofta RX, paid and they shipped it the next day.
Then I had to plug it into my laptop and download the software to program it to use the chest strap and set the vibration delay time (giving you time to fall asleep before the vibration action kicks in).
Overall I give it an 8/10. Only because I have to charge it every few days and strap it on every night but oh well. That's my life from now on.
The last device I tried was a harness with a grapefruit sized ball on the back. I did a sleep study with it on, and found I was sleeping half the night on my back, with a large ball underneath me. I had 1 breathing episode every minute I was asleep.
Not good! 😂
