Not sure if this is the right place. But, I was just given a very unique piece of art I would like to learn more about. Came from a family friend whose parents were in CO. It has to weigh 30-40lbs, and I believe it to be marble. Aside from the artists inscription on the back, the base has no other markings. So, if anyone knows who is carved, or possibly who the artist is, I’d greatly appreciate it.
I was recently gifted a rather incredible piece of art. I was hoping to learn more about it or be pointed in the right direction of where to find out more.
A little about it- other than the artists markings on the back, there is no plaque or anything else.
