Considering a nanny once the twins come

We're starting to crunch the numbers and budget for after my maternity leave to see if my husband doesn't have to switch back to weekends when I go back to work.

We live in a MCOL area and currently have a 17m girl and we're thinking 4 days/32 hours

For anyone who has a nanny and twins/toddler, how much are you paying for a nanny and what's your COL area like?

High Progesterone with LH surge

This is a monitored letrozole cycle. Monday (cd16) had an ultrasound with a 17mm and 19mm follicles. Have been testing daily with mira (ultra wands) and 3-4x a day with Easy@home

I was instructed to trigger when i got my first positive OPK (today 2pm cd18) E@H was positive. Mira LH was 25. E3g over 640. Great so i triggered.

But my progesterone from that testing was 20.2. One never gotten that high even in my luteal phase. It was 3.2 this morning

Has anyone gotten high progesterone right before ovulation, either natural or medicated cycle??

Ive messaged my clinic, but still waiting for them to reply. They probably won't until after 5

We just startd my kids (12mo) HYSA a couple months ago, it's not alot but i put 50$ in the HYSA every month, and will do an extra 50$ on Christmases and Birthdays. This will add up to $10k by 18 without interest. This is outside of the 250 a month we put in her 529 through our state (she also has an unknown amount in a grandparent 529 she'll share with her 13yo cousin.) In addition we started dividing cash tests she gets 50/50 in hysa and 529 (at least until shes old enough to understand money and then she'll keep half with the other half going into savings.

I know nothing about investing, i just set suggested settings on my 401a and 403b and her 529. But I just found out about UTMAs and was thinking maybe my monthly and holiday contributions would be better off being invested as were not planning on giving it to her until college.

Could someone explain this like I'm 5?
