Strange scenario. Not well versed in this, always had trouble with the electric starter on my 1980 C70 Honda passport. I’ve just taken to kicking it. Recently it wouldn’t start and I realized the jacket on the spark plug wire was damage & was discharging the electric into the valve cover.

What was strange was the electric starter button, while the damaged jacket was in contact with the valve cover, began to turn—- obviously no spark but what could be a pipeline I could follow that is the cause of the electric starter button suddenly working when the spark plug wire was running into the valve cover ?

Is it a connection between the electric starter and the spark plug wire? Where could I start? Thanks

I’m having a hard time explaining to people that while yes, I have dumbed down my already purchased smart phone— that I still bought a dumb phone. That in order to do less and be less involved i am spending money on something and effectively buying “e-trash”.

While I understand the sentimental response will be “don’t care what people say” I’m more just interested in your take on it.

I think in general smart phones are so intertwined in people’s lives that it’s difficult for them to understand that yes a feature phone is relatively expensive but you are also… buying a new iphone…? Frequently? I tend to tell people that the tentacles of the smart phone are so embedded in us that it is impossible to understand unless you switch but it is a good argument that I find myself “losing” in some ways.

I just don’t want to be involved in the advertising data mining of my life anymore. What do you say to naysayers or people that don’t get it? Or say “uh just regulate yourself”

Just looking for a social game really, not necessarily an mmo or objective driven like DRG. Just whatever you think is the most social game.

30 and just looking to hang out with people online pretty much. Grew up on MMO‘s, but they’re starting to feel a little bland and distant. I’ve killed OSRS to death.

For a little bit webfishing felt like those old webpage MMO’s and had the spark where you just type to each other and hang out. But it’s not supported anymore.

Remember club penguin and Gaia online and all that…. Maplestory & everquest. I play all kinds of games and I have a certain amount of communities that I play with, like motor town or arma. But nothing feels social just for social sake. Any great social games I can just log in and make friends and putt around in? Curious to see what everyone plays.
