🚨INCREDIBLE: He was burning alive, yet he kept re-entering the burning Bradley Fighting Vehicle until all six soldiers and the Iraqi interpreter were safe.
Burns covered 72% of his body. His first words were, ‘How are my boys?’ He died three weeks later.
It took 16 years for him to receive the Medal of Honor. HIS NAME IS SERGEANT FIRST CLASS ALWYN C. CASHE; NEVER FORGET!
She could be from anytime in our history
Oseola McCarty was a Mississippi philanthropist who donated most of her life savings, $150,000, to the University of Southern Mississippi to provide scholarships for African American students in need. A seamstress and washerwoman who was paid mostly in dollar bills and loose change her entire life, McCarty was praised for her generosity and received many awards, including a statue and honorary degree from the university. McCarty was born on March 7, 1908, in Shubuta, Mississippi, and died on September 26, 1999, at the age of 91, at her home in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

I went into FedEx one week ago and ask how much it would cost to send two birth certificates to Atlanta. They said $8500. I asked a lady to go to FedEx with the papers today to send them off and gave them $9000. Fedex told them the cost was $13900. This lady is not one to play around with and from what I heard, she placed her hand akimbo and let Fedex know she's not paying the new price along with some non-cursing choice words. Fedex agreed to accept the $8500.
I would expect the cost to be the cost and no amount of words from the customer should change that. I didn't expect FedEx Jamaica to partake in price negotiations. This implies that they aren't on the up and up.

The indigenous peoples of the Philippines 🇵🇭 among which the Agta, Aeta, Ati, Ata, and Batak, are collectively referred to as Nègritos. They represent the most ancient civilization in the country, going back more than 40,000 years in time.
In September 1946, Albert Einstein called racısm America’s “worst dısease.” Earlier that year, he told students and faculty at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, the oldest Black college in the Western world, that raciaI segregatıon was “not a dısease of colored people, but a dısease of whıte people, adding, “I will not remain silent about it.”
When Albert Einstein moved to America, he was disappointed to see how Black people were being treated. Even in his new hometown of Princeton, he observed separation of the whıte and bIack societies. Einstein thought of segregatıon as “unacceptable.”
Albert Einstein rarely accepted honorary doctorates, but he did so for Lincoln University, a small historically Black college in Pennsylvania in 1946. He also gave a lecture before a small group of students who were seen with him in the photo.
