depression and physical affects

hey beautiful people. i wanted to ask does anyone had a experience with physical pain causing by depression and mental health issues?

i'm a 20yo female and I've had this awful backpain and numbness in my leg and got the mri and it was a slightly bulging disc in my back and I've been searching and founding out that this is just something so simple and actually every person can have it but dont causes pain or anything. I've been diagnosed with depression and bpd and I've been doing yoga and weight lifting for the sake of my mental health and the only thing was keeping me sane was yoga and now with this I'm just curious.

the pain started almost 2 months ago during a trip with my family and i was just down in that moment.

just wanted to ask if anyone had a similar situation? that'd be a huge help if yall write for me. thank you and have a great day or night.

found out i have a bulge disc one day after my 20th birthday

hey so i have depression and just found out i have a bulge disc even tho my doctor just saw a x ray of my lowr back and she's not sure yet til we get a mri but i've been feeling all over the place. I've been reading about it and how i cant do regular workouts on yt or anything i enjoy like running and deadlifting and I've been crying ever since and i cant let myself to feel ok. i think i did the damage when i did elevated lunge on stairs because i didn't have a yoga block near me. i cant stop blaming myself and i know all about the muscle and mind connection but i can't help it. i feel like there's nothing left for me. the only thing that was making me to hold on was ashtanga yoga and lifting and i was just getting my dream physique and I'm only 20yo and it hurts man. it hurts so bad.

the pain goes down my leg and hamstrings and it's been a month since the accident and i cant believe how i did that to myself.

it's the end of the world for me

backache is killing me and i think it's the sciatica nerve. i'm so mad. it happened during lifting weights i guess and i'm so mad at myself for not paying attention in that moment. it's life everytime i try to heal myself with something (yoga, exercise, lifting, walking, running) it finds a way to bring me down.

i have an appointment on saturday.

will i be able to lift weights and do ashtanga yoga and run like a normal person ? the thought of not being able to all those things kills me.

i feel like nothing

i have this feeling of not doing anything productive for all my life is getting me so bored and depressed (even more). the big problem here is my depression too. I'm 20 years old (almost). i'm a film student and i was a big dreamer 2,3 years ago and now i have nothing on my mind. i want to do some art i want to do something to give my life a meaning but i'm just too depressed to do anything and there's nothing there for me.

i feel sick when my classmate tells me about what's going on with him and his film career and work and i just sit there and answer with nothing when he asks me what's goin on with me and i'm just sitting there and making myself embarrassed cause i feel like such a loser.

i hate my body

i hate it i'm in this binge cycle and I'm talking about it every night after the binge to ai and shit. i'm watching yt videos about it and I'm thinking about "being good" during the day and i hate how it feels

i hate how i fail every night and get crazy around food. how i'm thinking about the good workout routine to burn off those calories. to get to my dream body. to have that dream body. to maintain my body. to be normal around food. to eat and feel like i'm normal.

i think i gained back all that 10kg that i was trying and working my ass off to keep off and lose it. i guess i'm just not someone who deserves to be happy.

stress eating and all that shit. family problems. depression and all that shit. i'm so fucking tired of it.

my psychiatrist put me on prozac but i'm just afraid to gain weight and here i am binging every night all because i'm a piece of shit who has nothing and is nothing but just an asshole who's just wasting her life and youth being fucked up.

might end it all

i hate how i cant control it anymore

idk how i was able to starve myself last year and be totally okay with it

ED

I was an alcoholic, and now I have an eating disorder. I can assure you that having a healthy relationship with food is harder than anything else I've ever dealt with.
