Tuve una experiencia pesima con un broker extranjero donde nadie hablaba espanol y tardaron una semana en responder un correo sobre un retiro. Me pase a AvaTrade hace poco y la diferencia es enorme porque el chat en espanol me resolvio una duda en menos de cinco minutos. Creo que a veces nos fijamos solo en si las comisiones son baratas y nos olvidamos de que si hay un problema tecnico necesitamos que alguien nos entienda. Ustedes que prefieren un broker con spreads bajisimos pero mal soporte o uno que sea un poco mas caro pero que responda siempre de forma profesional
