People don't care that BTS supported Chris brown they just want to hate

I agree with the critique and absolutely think Chris brown and anyone who supports him are trash but part of me wonders if anyone else would be canceled as hard. So many people never face consequences for associating with abusers and I dont think this is a desire for actual accountability, I think it's an excuse people have been waiting for to hate bts (i say this as a non army). I wish people actually cared about why it was wrong and didn't just care about joining the discourse for the sake of the hate train.
EDIT: This applies to all hate trains in kpop. I'm just using this as an example because it's recent and all over the internet. I dont care about BTS or many kpop groups deeply I just think it's harmful to actual constructive discourse about these sorts of issues to just dogpile instead of having meaningful conversations. Also, yes, I posted this in multiple subs because I wanted a wide range of opinions and thought that was the best way to do it.

Creed is the True Florida Man

Does anyone else feel this way? I was reading some recent florida man headlines for fun and some of them were very reminiscent of Creed. I think he might have been a Florida Man at heart.

Should I learn fanchants for concerts in the US?

I'm going to see IVE soon and it'll be my first concert ever other than classical music! I'm so excited! However, I don't know if I should learn the fanchants. I'll be going in Texas in the United States and idk if American fans learn fanchants or if they are big at the American concerts.

Should I learn the fanchants? How big a deal are they in the US? Will I be the only one? Thanks for the advice!

RE Heels/Twerk and empowerment

Hey yall. Ive been doing hip hop for several years and some choreos and training have strayed towards twerk and heels styles. I see everyone around me feeling themselves in these styles and moments and everyone seems to be feeling confident and empowered. I just feel like I kinda degraded myself. No judgement towards those styles, I just want to understand why others find this empowering and enjoyable and why I don't. I guess I feel like I don't always fit in in this aspect and want to better understand myself and others. I want to have a good time doing this sort of thing with my fellow dancers I just cant seem to. All I can think about is how some people would sexualize me or do things in their imagination that im uncomfortable with. I guess thats my main issue. And I know I can't control that but idk

How to improve endurance as an athlete with dysautonomia?

I have dysautonomia and likely POTS (but the one provider i saw for pots refused to test me). I dance. It is a huge part of my life and I love it. Ive always been a super active person but I feel like more and more dysautonomia has been stealing that from me. Im able to do less and less even though in all other aspects im just as healthy if not more. I get so fatigued during dance that I get severe brain fog, so even if my body is able to keep up, my mind cant and I cant remember choreography. Does anyone have any advice for being able to maintain my active lifestyle as my dysautonomia seems to be getting worse? Thanks yall.

Feel like I'm not improving and can't focus when I'm feeling insecure.

I started dancing because I loved it. I still love it, but a major part of me looks forward to dance because I love the community ive built there. I've grown a lot and am pretty good I think. However, more and more I find myself comparing myself to my friends and other dancers. I don't dance with the hopes of doing competition or whatever but I'm a perfectionist, insecure, and judge myself a lot. I feel like my friends each have their own thing that makes them stand out. One always has a huge smile on their face and dances big all the time. Another does amazing hairography, always adds their own flair, and has amazing presence and sass. I sometimes connect with a choreo that allows me to find some of this but more and more I find myself thinking I'm not getting any better. I don't know what I have in my dance that makes me stand out. I know I'm pretty good but still feel like an imposter next to my friends.

One thing I struggle with is emoting too which doesn't help (I mainly do hiphop). I feel the song and the dance but look awkward when I try to make facial expressions because it just doesn't come naturally to me. The way I felt and express isn't with my face. But I feel like that really limits my ability.

I also a lot of the times remember the choreo but don't feel super solid in the transitions or and frequently my body doesn't lock in choreo. Like I can do it slowly if I close my eyes or I can follow along with the instructor but I feel like my body not remembering transitions makes me look less confident.

Idk I'm just feeling really down because I love dance and I don't wanna compare myself to my friends but idk what makes my dance ME. And I just feel like I'm not getting better even though I train a lot. And I just wanna go back to feeling confident and enjoying myself not feeling threatened by my friends who are good. I guess even knowing they're in the room doing super well wrecks my concentration and makes me automatically feel less than. I just wanna be fully supportive of them while also not being held back by comparing myself to them.

Any advice or comments or anything is greatly appreciated. I just feel like shit rn.

Does anyone else have their house memorized?

This is kinda random but I've lived in the same house my entire life and I can navigate it completely in the dark. Now I feel like that's normal. But I know exactly where the handles to cabinates are, and exactly where things are in cabinets. I don't have to feel around at all I just put out my arm and find what I'm looking for. I can avoid running into anything when its completely dark. I know exactly where to turn to navigate the rooms and halls I don't even know how many footsteps it is between rooms but I just KNOW where to go.

Anywho it was completely dark and I needed to grab something from a cabinet and did it easily and got kinda freaked out lol. Is this normal?
