I got an outfit that has a lace up back as the bodice, and it’s given me armpit fat! This is an issue that I’ve never had :(

My wife's sister is having our first nephew soon, and my wife and I wanted to get something off her registry (obviously), but a gift for her as well.
The issue is that she lives in a different state than us, and she also isn't the... kindest or most open person. She has always been rude to my wife, and treats me unkindly as well. Regardless of this, we think it's the right thing to do!
Does anyone have any gift ideas that don't revolve around breastfeeding, birthing itself, healing, etc (she would think this is a very weird and too personal. Trust me, I know), or act of service (as we live in different states)? We're also trying not to do a gift card for Doordash or Grubhub, as we want it to be a bit more personal for her.

I went to the urgent care for this, and was told that I likely am allergic to Amoxicillin.
I started taking amoxicillin for tonsillitis on 5/20, and ended the course on 5/29. I was super itchy, but was so sick I didn’t really notice any rash. On 5/29, I noticed a flair up of what I thought was “strawberry legs” on my arms and legs. Since then, those red small dots have evolved into a massive and insanely itchy hive outbreak on my ENTIRE body. Literally from my fingers to my toes!
I went to urgent care three days ago, and was told that I’m allergic to amoxicillin. I was prescribed Zyrtec (x2 a day), Famotidine (x2 a day), Triamcinalone, and Benadryl at night. I’m pretty much living in ice packs to try and help the burn.
So far, nothing has helped and it’s just getting worse. The worst pain is at my feet and ankles. The pain wakes me up and I cry all night.
Any guidance or help is SO appreciated! Thank you!
