-Toriel, Asgore and Asriel: German, because of their surname "Dreemurr" is very similar to the German surname Traeumer/Träumer, specifically they have ancestors from Thuringia
-Kris being adopted is probably a New Englander (Hometown is 100% in Massachussets)
-Carol is a Swedish Reindeer, Rudy is a Mexican Mule Deer (Technically IRL they can't reproduce but they ain't the same species here, so...). Noelle and Dess are Mexican-Swedish (Noelle took all the Whiteness)
-Undyne looks extremely Russian (Or probably Slavic) to me NGL
-Alphys and Pizzapants are New Englanders, I can't see how Alphys isn't white.
-Alvin (And his family in general, including the Old Man) have recent English Ancestry
-Sans and Papyrus are Arab. Sans just gives me that vibe, and by proxy Papyrus too.
-Susie is probably African-American.
-Berdly is White (New Englander)
-Catti and her family are German (Cattenheimer isn't really subdle)
-Maddie, Mettaton and Napstablook are Japanese (I am using Pink instead of Maddie's sprite because all sprites with Maddie [The Ghost] are Gifs)

Я сразу говорю, даже если да, я не буду его создавать сам, я не часто люблю постить, и мне лень заниматься каким либо сабредитом, поэтому можете сами создать на своё усмотрение

Thanks to how much u all loved the first one here’s an expansion to flesh out the world.

The Candidate/President: Teddy works as the civilian in classified, though he uses morale instead of money, and has a sword that does decent damage. He’d also be taller than the civilian.

The Courier: Amelia fills miss Pauling’s role as the admin’s assistant. She’d also be running the supplies, and transporting the mercs all over New Mexico. (Yes I’m aware she was born in 1897 but if valve put Davy Crockett in the 1850s team even tho he died in 1836, and Fu Manchu didn’t appear until the 1910’s, then I’m allowed to stretch the timeline a bit.)

The Development Team: Both Wilbur and Orville are inventors, but here they occupy Bidwell and Reddy’s roles as development of weapons and head gear under Barnabus Hale at Mann Co. They also would be the one’s supplying Amelia with planes, honey, and the many hotdog costumes with which to hide the bodies.

Barnabus Hale runs Mann co., the administrator is the same and both the Mann brothers are in (relatively) young age as the their companies start expanding all across the deserts and eventually the greater Wild West.
I even did some lite concept sketching of the map structure, using old west coal towns and gold rush style mining facilities mixed in with light industry and railroad construction.
