Manual registration with out a press is the devil.

Screens are 110 mesh (im a bozo) White underbase, ive made 13 of these for a work event. I tried making a diy press with butterfly clamps but I could not get the off contact to be even. Along with that I learnt the hard way that water based paint could go bad. So i wasted a few shirts.

I think having registration markers in 4 corners would have made lining up everything way better but hindsight is 20/20.

There's been alot of reasons to learn while doing this. But I think my biggest take away is need a press.

Screen printing is fun.

Really happy with how this turned out.

I should have off set it a little less then what I did. But im still happy with it.

Not 100% what went wrong with this one

I dont think the screen was making contact with the fabric fully but im not 100% sure.

I am just using the speedball screens so it could just be that screen is bad quality.

Any advice would be helpful.
