What the hell is this sound behind my dashboard? (2015 Hyundai Elantra, Automatic)

It appears occasionally after turning on my car, and sometimes lasts into my drive. It's been happening on and off for about a year. The sound's definitely coming from right behind the plastic, it's pretty far from the engine and the other moving parts. And no, it's not an animal, it only happens when the car's running. What do we think gang?
