i have naturally wavy hair. like super wavy, probably like a step or 2 down from curly. anyone else? mainly, how do u style it for coords and such?

ive been night crew since i started and ive seen people come and go theoughout almost a year now. right now we have a lot of young people, almost all 17 and under. i am one of the oldest people in the night crew being 18.
last night was a NIGHTMARE! i was bagging DT like usual, and the guy on window was new and he was slow or off talking with someone during a rush. person on desserts was new to desserts and headset so they were also slow. and my shiftlead, who was supposed to be bagging FC, was just, off somewhere, idk. so because i was the only one actually doing anything i had to help on desserts and bag DT. then shiftlead shows up and starts telling me to help on window expediting orders too. then we get behind on orders bc its the fry persons first ever time on fries. he wasnt doing bad just slow, i wasnt upset with that at all. but shiftlead pulls up like “what are u waiting on” while knowing we have beeen waiting on fries all night. and i tell her im fine bagging i dont need help (because i dont. im ahead bagging and we are only behind on fries) and she starts helping me instead of any of the other people not doing their job. even later that night when we were about to close one of my TLs told me i was one of the only competent people today.

TLDR shift lead kept telling me to do other peoples job instead of having the person actually assigned do it. nobidy respects her authority. nobody is fully trained on anything besides me and the trainers/leadership.

i love this job but this shift made me SO MAD omfg

hello! ive been interested in getting a group of otos for my community but im not totally sure i have the space. i have a 20gallon tank, i have 5 platys, 6 harlequin rasbora, and 1 dwarf gourami. would it work out or is that too many fish in one space?
important note as well because i know dwarf gourami can be territorial/semiagressive. ive been keeping a good eye on its behavior since i got it and it has not once tried to nip or chase/bully the other fish.

this guy i knew started working at my location, over time he didnt progress too much training wise and he barely got scheduled 3 days a week. i taught/showed him how to put requests to work on our HS and i doubt he ever did, id ask and he would say no. cut to now hes been at my locationsince about march, he has not worked at ALL the past 2 weeks, still on the schedule though. is he about to quit/get let go or something? never had this happen to me so idk

ive heard this before but never been sure. has it been successful for anyone? any tips? i like in north texas if that changes their policies or anything
