I need some more money on the side due to recent evens and want to start reselling so I just anted to know if I resold this built would people actually buy this or am I about to waste my money. Everything here totals to 1032 after shipping and taxes. I don't really have a budget just trying to get cheap used parts or discounted, but I am located in the US.

I got an Ebay refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad P15s Gen 2 FHD i7-1165G7 2.80GHz 32GB 1TB Quadro T500 and I when I was on Valorant I was getting over 120 fps but wanted to get rid of windows bloatware. I searched some videos and found christitus on a TikTok and did it and my CPU usage was a lot less but when i hopped on Valorant the next day my fps didn't go over 60.
I’m going to college this fall and I need a new computer for engineering and I also wanna play games of course. I was gonna go for a laptop but an idea that keeps popping in my head is buying a desktop for the easy fix if it breaks and future upgrades and then getting a cheap laptop I can remote control from college and use all that power. I just wanted to know if I had good enough wifi and hotspot is that method worth it or should I just get a laptop.
If I get a desktop it would be something I built that has a ryzen 7 5800x, 32gb ram, Radeon rx 7600 8gb, and 500gb storage
If anyone for any recommendations of changing that too or any laptop recommendations I just don’t wanna regret my purchase so just give me any opinions you can have.
