Anger is Consuming me...

I used to be a very chill person....

Im usually jovial around everyone, and I rarely get angry, especially with the people Im close to.... (like my frnds and Family)

I dont even make my face look upset at anyone.

But these days...

I don't know what's happening....

Im getting angry fr no reason...

I always feelinh uncomfortable/ irritated, even when nothing is serious... yet irritated....

The people around me are saying, that I'm getting anger easily and for no reason....

and I can feel it too......

I want to change, but I dont know how to do it....

As someone in the last post mentioned, my first impulsive reaction to even the slightest discomfort is anger.

That really describes what Im experiencing.....

I really want to overcome this, but I don't know what to do......

It feels like anger is slowly consuming me.

I'm clueless.....

I feel like it's better to leave every social media for a while including Reddit.....

How do you actually access LaLiga Beyond Stats in 2026?

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to access LaLiga Beyond Stats (powered by Microsoft), but I can't figure out how to actually use it.

I remember when it launched a few years ago, it was promoted as a free portal with advanced metrics from Mediacoach (things like Dangerous Possessions, Players per Possession, etc....)

Now, whenever I visit the Beyond Stats page, I mostly see explanations of the metrics and articles, but I can't find the old interactive match reports or database anymore.
