Super cute size 11 find✨

Highly recommend checking Ross if you’re a fellow big footed girl looking for cute shoes! Found these super cute sandals by a brand called Atalina and I honestly thought they were so pretty I had to share even though they’re not designer or anything. I love the gold details and sparkly straps!! They’re surprisingly super comfortable too..

Fresh-caught tuna seared rare

Fresh-caught spearfished tuna lightly seared and topped with avocado and a garlicky chimichurri sauce. One of the best things I’ve eaten in my life 🤌💚

For reference I’m 27F, 6’0”. In the past I’ve been pretty consistent in the gym—5 days a week, heavy lifting, lots of protein, the whole ‘I live here now’ routine.

And despite doing everything ‘right,’ my legs never really got the memo that we were trying to build muscle.

I’ve been inconsistent for about a year, and I’m getting back into training again. This time I’d actually like my legs to participate in the experience.

Any tall lifters figure out how to grow legs, or are we all just out here training in extra-long mode with no bonus muscle points?

Everything bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber, capers, pickled red onion, dill, and lemon zest. Fresh, herby, and soooo good.

Lately I’ve been noticing this one little squirrel who comes by my backyard every day to snack on the bird seed I put out 🐿️ He’s so adorable and always shows up like clockwork.

But then I got a squirrel-proof feeder for the birds, and I couldn’t stop thinking about how I basically took away his little food spot 🥺

So I made him his own tiny plate instead with walnuts, strawberries, blueberries, carrots, celery, cucumber, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds 🤍

Now I’m just waiting to see when he’ll find it.

I might be doing the most, but I couldn’t help it lol

I kind of love the base but it feels a little plain idk I was thinking maybe a jacket or something layered but not sure what would work.. open to kind and honest feedback!
