Question on replacing a head unit

Hey there!

Anybody replaced the I-drive head unit with an apple cardrive/rear view camera unit? I found some types available at different retailers, will probably have a shop do it.

Figured I’d ask to see if anybody’s tried it, if there are things I should possibly watch out for.

Thanks!

Finally found one!

Just got my 135i today! I’ve been trying to buy one for 10 years, never found the right one. Now that I’ve joined the club, what kind of things should I look at to improve?

2013 135i Stock. 20k miles.

First of all, preventable. What areas do I need to pay attention to make sure she stays running in tiptop shape?

Next, what are some basic improvements? Things you would put on if you were starting over again with the car?

I would rather face the IRS then these two when I’m late for snack time.

They share one brain cell, but always know when I have betrayed them.

Question about red interiors

I think I may have found my car! Everything seems great, but I noticed the red interior seems a little… Pink. Like it’s faded? This is for m240 convertible.

Its an online deal, so it could be a picture issue. But I figured I’d ask. Is that an issue? If so, is there a way to fix it?

Gen Z Wants In-Person Work For The Very Reasons Older Generations Don’t Need It

“They are okay with as much as four days in the office, but place real value on the flexibility to have at least one remote day,” Boccio told Fortune. “By contrast, older candidates with kids and families seem to be the most resistant to returning to the office, which is likely due to differing priorities and demands of their time outside of work.”

Question on the peak 2 ltr waist/sling bag

Hi there!

I’ve been looking for an EDC bag and I saw a peak bag in a 2 L size. Does anybody have this, and know if it can be worn as sling bag, riding off your hip or lower back?

Need to replace the seats in my 4G

Hey there!

I’ve got an 07 4G. That’s doing pretty good overall, but the seats are not doing well.

Has anybody put a different set of seats in a 4G? Has anybody found any good seat covers for that type of seat?

Any suggestions would be awesome!

Does your SCS stimulator vary areas of coverage?

I had an evoke SCS installed seven weeks ago. Just had my second tuneup from my tech. I’ve noticed that it seems like the areas that the stimulator affects change, particularly when I move around. Mine set up for low back hips and leg. Sometimes the hip sensation goes as high as my rib cage.

I realize that everything’s just getting settled, and I just at the beginning of this adventure. Anyone else experience this? And what did you do?

If you’d like to learn about what Scott Galloway is all about, watch this episode!

Those of us who frequent with this Reddit spend a lot of time debating the pros and cons of Scott, and his various positions on lots of things. For me, this episode of “Diary of a CEO”, shows Scott at his best, intellectually and emotionally.

▲ 4 r/cigar

I’m trying to put together some interesting cigars for my son-in-law. I don’t know anything about cigars, I’ve just bought samplers in the past for gifts.

What I’d like to do is pick out a bunch of individual cigars from different brands, that give him something to explore. He wouldn’t typically buy high-end cigars.

Any help would be awesome!
