Her A1 passive should just be part of her E and let her keep her infusion. The stiletto explosion should also give infusion, I'm even okay with it being a delayed infusion just for thematic purposes (it animates the explosion being absorbed into the sword). I think it would be a great opportunity to give her a new passive but I don't think reaction buffs that makes her lean towards a certain reaction is the way to go. Her team flexibility and swapping fluidity makes her so enjoyable to main.

Maybe a passive to incentivize using the E explosion?

My off the wall idea is that the burst would summon stilettos at the 5 points of the star. You tap E and teleport to one and then hold E (like the seelies on the moon) and slash to the point youre looking at within normal stiletto range. Or you just charge attack and explode them. It would also be nice if the stiletto could just fly to whoever Keqing charge attacks and explodes on them. It sucks when they move out of it and then youre left with no blink nor infusion.

Never thought I would get the chance to own these cards but got invited last second to a show and I brought my personal collection binder and traded a ton for these. Now that I have the most expensive cards out the way (for my Black & White binder), I can take it at my own pace with no worries. Had to trade all my pikachus and eeveelutions but im soooo satisfied with the trade because i got them last year for like half the price.

I came back for Hiyuki and got her from the free 10 pull so I wanna play again but there are so many events and im not sure where to start. I want to be able to play her and chisa. my only built characters are Jinhsi and Jiyan and they have their sigs but the builds are from 1.X so im unsure if they are out of date. Verina is built at bare minimum. Also the Phoebe has resonance 1 so I was wondering if i should prioritize making a jinhsi team with her to carry me towards my goals. But I do prefer making the Hiyuki + Chisa team online because Hiyuki is a lot of fun but wondering if the task is too big at the moment since I have limited resources (i do have 100 solvents tho). Any other tips are much appreciated! Thanks in advance :)

TLDR; Do I focus on making a Jiyan or Jinhsi team to carry me OR do I build the Hiyuki and Chisa team from scratch?
