If you are itching to go up with your dose or aren’t quite sure where to begin it helps to see how Reta on average stacks up and how long it stays in your body. Here is a screenshot of my first 5 weeks:
The first picture shows estimated levels with the marker on my last shot today. The second shows an estimate of the level tomorrow.
It helps me to not titrate up unnecessarily.
I started at .5mg for the first two weeks and then moved to .7 and .8 in the following weeks. Might go up to 1mg when I can put more workouts in.

Clean eating/100g of protein minimum/ sticking to macros/ 1200-1300cal per day/ one 1500-2000cal day per week/ lots of water and electrolytes
10K steps a day + 2-3 lagree classes per week
