Just wanted to share. Experience with Nuform Health. TRT and +
28, was feeling low energy and was having a bit of trouble losing belly fat after losing 100+lbs.
Didn’t expect to be on TRT but I got some bloodwork done (Joi+Blokes- $52 promo for test) and came back with the labs posted above. Didnt re-test with Nuform, just emailed my labs.
After talking to someone on Nuform (after paying $170 for annual fee) they prescribed me the stuff above.
Trt- raise tes
Gonadorelin- keep body producing tes since I’m 28
Anastrozole- estrogen blocker (since levels are normal)
Weren’t really pushy with Anastrozole but were pushy on Gonadorelin. (Seems like standard practice for someone my age tho)
Just wanted to share. Did I really need all this stuff? Maybe? Looked online and seems like the right stuff.
Paid $170 fee on 05/04, has video chat on 05/06. Meds will be here 05/12. (From Revive RX in houston)
Overall, it was really easy. Did I end up spending more than I thought? Yes but I have been able to text with someone with any question and they reply quick.

Recently started a fitness journey (8 months ago). Have lost over 100lbs and would like to meet other people maybe in the same journey. (Doesn’t have to be, would love to maybe learn some new workouts or healthy recipes from someone)
I do go walk around my local pond to get my steps in at night. Maybe a park or mall. Would be cool to have someone join.
Also play Marvel Rivals, Fortnite, and other PS5/Switch games.
Must be cool with me being LGBT, don’t care if you are.

Context. 28 years old.
In April of 2025. Was 300lbs.
Lost about 110lbs on Tirzepatide.
Calorie deficit & cardio(3x a week)
Recently started at home workouts with dumbbells & kettlebells.
Did bloodwork because I have been feeling tired all the time, low energy, and a bit “bleh”
In January I started Finasteride/Minoxidil for hair loss.
Have an appointment on 05/14 to talk about these results.
Would this explain why I’m able to lose weight but still carry a lot of weight in my belly/man boobs?
